This steading is perfect for a large group holiday! Family or friends would find the ideal place to relax and enjoy themselves. If you enjoy the countryside even better. If not, you soon will! The Aga in the stunning living room is a joy to cook on. We had many large evening suppers looking over the gorgeous valley view of busy farmland. Its like a watercolour painting of joyous scenes. The lay out works well as the lovely upper playroom for children ensures peace for adults downstairs! The close proximity of Mount Blair and other walks give plenty of outdoor exercise on tap but if the weather closes in the log fire is nice to curl up beside indoors and just watch the elements do their stuff! The sunrise and sunset are visible from many of the windows and we watched ducks, mice, birds of prey, rabbits, pheasants, cows, sheep and ponies. We played board games as a family and had hysterical laughs and fun. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this holiday to others. We loved it. It might be a little unnerving to find in the dark, snowy nights but apart from that we couldn't find a single fault with the wonderful Coldrach Steading! Thanks Hide
