Idlicote is a charming rural hamlet, home to a handful of picturesque farmhouses and traditional cottages, nestled just three miles northeast of Shipston-on-Stour. Beyond Idlicote, the nearby market town of Shipston-on-Stour (3 miles) provides a delightful selection of cosy cafés, independent boutiques, and welcoming pubs and restaurants to suit every taste. The lounge is accessed off the main hallway, a generously proportioned room where you can get together to watch the TV and enjoy the warmth of the open fire, just off the lounge, a second reception area that’s perfect for teenagers that may want their own space. For dining a formal dining hall that will seat twelve, here you can also light the open fire to enjoy a celebration supper, the walls have been painted with a mural - see how many cats you can find. For the chef there is a spacious farmhouse kitchen with electric Range oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, and for a quick morning coffee with breakfast a farmhouse table and chairs. There is also a separate WC on the ground floor. On the first floor you will find five bedrooms, a twin with en-suite shower and WC, a double with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC, a double with en-suite shower and WC, a twin and a double.
