Set down a quiet country lane not far from the village of Cosheston, with a delightful pub and a tidal river that reaches up to the roadside. Historic Pembroke is a short drive, with historic Norman castle, the birth place of Henry Tudor, and a good selection of independent shops and restaurants. Many nearby visitor attractions, including Oakwood, Blue Lagoon and Folly Farm and Heatherton or enjoy a day out to the seaside resorts of Saundersfoot and Tenby.

Enter into this magnificent farmhouse, comprehensively refurbished in 2022, through a handy boot room where you can kick off your shoes after a busy day exploring. Step into the beautiful lounge which boasts a traditional stone fireplace with a wood burner set at its heart. There is comfortable seating for eight to ten people making this a delightful area to relax and unwind in front of the TV. From the lounge head through to the games room, perfect for younger members of the family, with pool table and other assorted items, providing entertainment and fun throughout your stay. Leading on from here you start to see the impressive renovations that have been made to the Farmhouse, which boats a large dining room and the most fabulous kitchen which is the real heart of this beautiful home. Flooded with natural light, there is a dining table which overlooks the lawns and open fields to the rear of the property, this is an entertaining space which is large enough to accommodate the whole family. The brand new 2022 kitchen is both inviting and practical, with double oven, two dishwashers, American style fridge freezer, wine chiller, microwave and further seating so it has everything you require to cook up those delicious meals. On the ground floor of the property there is also a utility room with washing machine and downstairs WC and the added bonus of a downstairs double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. A beautiful wooden staircase takes you up to the first floor sleeping accommodation with five spacious bedrooms of which 4 boast en-suite bathrooms plus the main family bathroom with shower over bath and WC. The master bedroom has a four-poster king-size bed and an en-suite shower room and WC. There are a further two king-size bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms and WCs and a further two twin rooms, one of them with en-suite. Two travel cots are available upon request.

Outside there is a large enclosed garden to the rear, with newly installed wood fired hot tub, with a patio, garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ, with mature trees and shrubs, with fields beyond, making this a beautiful family space and the perfect spot to entertain. There is ample parking for six cars.

We have had a lovely break away with our family of 10 the farmhouse was spacious and comfortable and everything we needed was available to us. The pool table was such a bonus, it gave us a lot of fun together. The downstairs bedroom and en-suite was so nice to have due to one of us not being able to climb the stairs due to a disability. We spent a relaxed week here in September, mum, dad and adult daughters. The large kitchen was well-equipped and we appreciated the seating in there and open plan design. This was a fantastic place, kitchen well equipped and we appreciated the generous number of toilets and bathrooms. It felt spacious so even with 13 of us it didnt feel crowded- there was always another room to go to. Well located cottage with good facilities. The garden is beautiful and has a hot tub. The hot tub is log fired so you do have to plan ahead when you want to use it.

A wonderful house for our 3 generation stay. Lovely large farmhouse for up to 12 people and two dogs, very peaceful and remote off the main road. Farmhouse was well equipped and very comfortable with a lovely log fire with plenty of wood, (there was an honesty box depending on how much wood was used). A well kitted out house for a large group where every bedroom had its own bathroom. Kitchen had everything you could want. It was a perfect location for our family which was going into Pembroke on a daily basis.

An absolutely wonderful location for a short break with friends. The house is spacious, clean and well provisioned, with the dual dishwashers a particularly thoughtful feature for a large group. We especially appreciated the wood fire hot tub being heated for our arrival. We cannot wait to come back here again (hopefully in better weather)!

A really good sized, comfortable property which we found ideal for our large family group. Local beaches, shops etc... a short drive but car definitely required.
