Perfectly placed, you will be nestled on a spectacular stretch of coastline boasting dramatic cliffs, diverse wildlife and within walking distance of a beach renowned for some of the best rock pools in the country. Wembury is also a great starting point for lovely inland and coastal walks to Wembury Woods and around Wembury Point. Venture further afield to discover dramatic cliffs and the tranquil Yealm Estuary at the picturesque twin villages of Newton Ferrers and Noss Mayo. For those seeking culture and shopping, Plymouth - with its Hoe and Barbican, independent stores, theatre and other leisure facilities - is only a short drive away. Other attractions and places of interest accessible from here include the stunning South Hams, Dartmoor National Park, and the pretty Cornish fishing villages of Looe and Polperro.

This stunning property, which has a small private family annexe, but privacy is assured throughout your stay. Step inside and you will firstly find yourself in the spacious entrance hall with glass doors leading through to the beautiful open-plan living area. This fabulously sociable space boasts leather sofas, a Smart TV/DVD, wood burner, lovely sea views and two sets of French doors to outside, and provides the perfect place to enjoy a leisurely breakfast before heading out, or to relax in at the end of the day. The kitchen is also perfectly appointed and includes a breakfast bar, an electric oven and gas hob, fridge and dishwasher. A separate utility room with a microwave, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer is located next to the kitchen, and this leads through to a useful ground floor shower room with shower and WC, perfect for cleaning up after a day at the beach. Venturing up the stairs and onto the first floor, you will find the light and bright landing and pretty bedrooms. The first bedroom is a generously proportioned master super-king-size bedroom with a vaulted ceiling, feature floor-to-ceiling windows, French doors to a glass-fronted balcony with seating and sea views, and an en-suite bathroom with Airbath, separate wet room-style shower and WC. Further to this, there are another three cosy and beautifully presented bedrooms - a king-size bedroom, double bedroom and finally a twin bedroom - all with loft-style sloping ceilings. Completing the offering inside the property is a bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC.

Heading outside and located to the rear of the property, you will find a stunning large lawn garden with a large decked patio area, garden furniture, garden games and a BBQ, and here you can relax in the sun without having to venture to the beach. There is a hot tub, heated outdoor pool which is in an idyllic setting surrounded by reeds and grasses, and offering a further sun deck with seating.  Private off-road parking for four cars is provided to the front of the property. The most relaxing, beautiful house with utterly unsurpassable views. Located on the edge of a quiet village with great pub and a short walk down to the beach. Perfect for all ages with plenty of space to spread out. The hot tub and swimming pool were beautifully maintained and a real luxury. Hope to return next year!

This is a delightful family home in an idyllic location. It offers everything that one could possibly need to ensure an enjoyable vacation. The garden, with its hot tub and pool, is a wonderful space in which to relax. There is much to explore nearby via the coastal paths and further afield attractions including the Eden Project and Buckland Abbey.

We had a fabulous stay at the March House! The location is amazing, only a short walk down the coastal path to the beach and a little cafe. The house itself was absolutely brilliant, very peaceful, spacious, a lovely garden, comfy leather sofas, well-appointed kitchen. We had a wonderful week staying in March House. The property was clean and well equipped and the open plan layout was a great space for family entertaining. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and swimming pool & we played games on the lawn in the evening. Wembury beach is within walking distance and we had several walks along the coastal paths.

A fabulous quiet location with everything you need in close proximity. March House is stunning and incredibly confortable. We loved the house and the pool and high quality hot tub were such a treat!
