The lounge has comfortable seating, a TV, DVD, and an flame-effect electric fire which makes the room nice and cosy in the cooler months. The kitchen/diner is spacious and well-appointed with a range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. On the lower-ground floor guests will enjoy the addition of a snooker room with a full-sized snooker table, a fun place to spend an evening; please note, children must be supervised in this room. To the first floor there are four bedrooms: two doubles, each with a four-poster bed with views across to the Camel Estuary and two twins. The property has a bathroom with shower-over-bath and WC, and an additional shower room with WC, both of which are located on the first floor.
Outside, the property benefits from an enclosed garden with both lawned and patio areas, with seating and BBQ. The real highlight here is that guests have private access to the heated outdoor swimming pool from mid-May to October, which even has a separate shallow end suitable for children.
