Enjoying an excellent location on the promenade, this accommodation is set in the vibrant seaside town of Morecambe. Famed for its shops, bars, restaurants, and amusement arcades, Morecambe is home to one of the best sandy beaches in the area, straight out of the door and infront of the property there is a beach which is dog friendly all year round which is such a bonus. For those seeking a little bit of history, the city of Lancaster is just 6 miles away where you can visit the captivating medieval castle, Ashton Memorial, and four museums. There are so many places to visit nearby including the Yorkshire Dales National Park (22.5 miles) and Forest of Bowland AONB (25 miles). Or why not spend a day exploring the Lake District and the stunning towns and landscapes it boasts, just 25 miles away.

Step inside from the front of this property into a welcoming entrance hall with plenty of space for dusting off your sandals and hanging up your coats after a day of exploring. To the left, you will find a bright and spacious lounge and, behind it, a cosy snug with patio doors opening out to the decking. Along the hallway is the kitchen/diner boasting a large dining table where the whole family can sit. This is an incredible social space to gather and have breakfast whilst planning the day's activities. The kitchen is well equipped, so you can cook up a feast for all. As you climb the first flight of stairs, you will arrive at the family bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC; here you can enjoy a relaxing soak after a day at the beach. Up a few more steps you will find the first two bedrooms; a spacious super-king-size with double doors opening out to a wonderful balcony with outstanding sea views and a double bedroom. Continuing up to the third floor, you will come to two shower rooms with WCs and, up the final flight of stairs, you will arrive at the final three bedrooms. These consist of a single and a double with fabulous sea views and a super-king-size zip & link (which can be set up as a twin on request).  If that's not enough, the newly renovated games room set within the basement, along with bar area and cinema room will work a treat on entertaining the group.

To the front of the property is a decked area with great seating as well as a bench overlooking the beach, the ideal place to enjoy a morning coffee and delight in the refreshing sea air, not to mention the stunning sunsets. At the rear is an enclosed yard with a large table and chairs and a charcoal BBQ to dine alfresco in the summer sun. We had a lovely week here the house was lovely and had everything we needed. The views and distance to the beach was excellent. The games/cinema room was a big hit. There is a Tesco a stones throw away which was great for top ups. It was a lovely place to spend our 40th Wedding anniversary with all our family. Would definately recommend. Thank you

Fabulous house in a beautiful location right on the seafront. Loads of room for kids, dogs and adults. Games room was a hit with the boys (young and old!). Great for extended family gatherings/ celebrations.

A well equipped house, with beautiful views of the bay. We loved the quality bedding, pool table and arcade game in the basement, and the balcony overlooking the sea.

We had a lovely stay in Seaview for my sisters 40th birthday celebrations. house is old and a little bit run down in parts but a great location and size for everything Morecambe has to offer. The view itself across the bay is stunning as is the sunset if you get a nice day. Cinema room and games room a good touch for a family with kids but it was cRead moreold and damp in basement. Wonderful location, friendly neighbourhood. If the weather is good the front garden is the best place to be! House could do with some love and attention. But we really enjoyed our stay.

It is a beautiful older property in a stunning location and great for all local amenities and easy access to other areas. We enjoyed our stay there. The owner was very responsive too and friendly, which is always a big bonus.
