Located in the beautiful coastal village of Oxwich Bay, just a short walk from the stunning sandy beach. Golden sands, dunes and perfect bathing, this is a holiday destination for the most discerning of coastal lovers. There are restaurants right on the beach, and a village store, tea room and little takeaway for all other essentials. Gower is popular with surfers, walkers and cyclists alike and you are also well placed to enjoy all of these activities. Many fun days out with visitor attractions, caves, castles, churches and a lighthouse, all within easy reach. Nearby Mumbles also has a range of independent shops and eateries for you to try out. Enter this fabulous detached property into the hallway, where you can kick off your boots after a day of exploration. Heading right through double doors into the beautiful lounge with exposed stone fireplace, wood burner and beamed ceiling. There is a TV and gaming station for all of your entertainment needs and French doors to the rear garden. From the hallway there is a fabulous open-plan kitchen/diner with all mod cons including an electric oven and hob, American style fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The dining area is a delight and perfect for a large family gathering. There is additional seating for a relaxing read in the afternoon. French doors lead to the rear garden and there is also a handy utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a ground floor king-size double bedroom and a separate WC that completes the ground floor. Upstairs to the first floor, you will find the master super-king-size bedroom, along with tasteful artwork throughout and a lovely en-suite shower room and WC. Along the landing are the two further bedrooms, both twin zip-and-link bedrooms (which can be made up as super-king-size bedrooms on request). There is a superb family  bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC that completes the accommodation.

Outside there is a large enclosed rear garden, here you will find a large patio, lawn area, BBQ and a wonderful breeze house where you can chat long into the night, staying snug and warm with the outside overhead electric heater and lights. The garden is enclosed but is bordered by the renowned marshlands, so there is lots of wildlife to enjoy too. There is private parking to the front of the property for four cars with an electric vehicle charging point.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful property. It is furnished to a high standard, being both comfortable and stylish. The house was very clean and in a fabulous location to make use of the beach, village shop and the hotel for drinks. I would highly recommend staying at this fantastic house and would return in a heart beat.

Peaceful and idyllic location very near to beach at Oxwich. Second time of holidaying here. Plenty of room for the 4 of us, with a downstairs double bedroom.

We loved staying at this cottage. Plenty of room and loved the underfloor heating. As we went in January temps went down to 3 degrees, so it was lovely to come back to a warm house. The wonderful beach was only a 5 min walk. Only downfall was that the shops were all closed as out of season, glad we had booked a home delivery.

Great cottage, we were a family of four adult couples and found the space was perfect. En-suite and main shower was amazing and so good for a holiday cottage. This is a lovely, spacious, comfortable and well equipped house in a beautiful location. The large garden is fully enclosed and safe for dogs and children. It is a very short walk from the glorious Oxwich beach. All in all it is perfect for a family holiday.

Coastlands was a fantastic house, right in the heart of Oxwich, well laid out, extensively equipped and perfect for us in every way. It was warm, comfortable and we absolutely loved staying. This was our second holiday at Coastlands and we would happily return. It is well equipped with good quality items. Clean and comfortable. The garden and deck are lovely spaces and secure for dogs. The breeze house is great for all fresco dining and socialising. The location is great for beach days and walks from the door, other places to visit an Read moreeasy drive away. We had a great stay at Coastlands. The house is very well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. The garden was good for the dog fully enclosed. Coastlands is very well situated for the beach and very handy for a stroll to the hotel for drinks and food.

A lovely comfortable, spacious home with such easy access to the wonderful nearby beach. Would throughly recommend! One point is, there are steep steps into the garden, if you have mobility issues or an elderly dog!
