This wonderful holiday home that sleeps 10 is located in Pentrefoelas close to Betws-y-coed, the gateway to Eryri National Park, where the River Conwy meets its three tributaries, full of outdoor activities, craft, shops, galleries, pubs and historic bridges over rivers and streams. Discover waterfalls, river pools and hill top lakes alongside majestic mountains and dense woodland. Enjoy walking, climbing, cycling, canoeing, kayaking and fishing in breath-taking scenery. Climb Eryri’s Summit, visit Bala Lake, ZipWorld and Go Below for adventures. Take a trip to Conwy Castle, Ruthin Gaol, National Trust’s Bodnant Gardens or head to the beach and sea for great days out. This is an all year-round destination for an active or relaxing holiday.
Enjoy the luxury of the cottages features and creature comforts with underfloor heating, wood burner and spacious spaces throughout this welcoming cottage conversion commanding fabulous mountain and valley views. Walk into the hall and perch on the bench, take off your boots and hang up your coats. Straight ahead is the kitchen with the utility to your right, here you will find the washer/dryer, sink and plenty of storage as well as the separate WC. If you decide to eat in, the kitchen has been thoughtfully planned with all the equipment you need to rustle up a meal, including a electric Range oven and induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Walk through to the spacious dining room with drinks fridge where everyone can gather for a home cooked meal and plan the holiday activities. After dinner, go through to the impressive lounge with its commanding picture window and window seat offering expansive views of Eryri, light the wood burner and relax on the comfy sofa’s whist listening to music or watching a film on the Smart TV. Open the French doors and let the outside in embracing your idyllic surroundings.
Walk through to the hall and take two steps up to the first bedroom, this bedroom offers a king-size bed, Smart TV and en-suite with shower. Return to the hall, take another two steps up to the family room. The family room offers a king-size bed and a pull-out bed which can either be two 3ft single beds or a double. The family room also offers a Smart TV and an en-suite with shower, WC and separate bath. Upstairs to the first floor there are two beautiful bedrooms with en-suites and Smart TVs for your comfort, choose from the spacious king-size with dual aspect windows, dressing room and en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC, or the gorgeous twin zip-and-link (which can be made into a super-king-size on request) with stylish shower room and lovely views to wake up to. Take a leisurely shower or bath, put on the robes and head down to the hot tub.
The property is set on farmland, accessed via the owners farmstead which is approximately half a mile away, and surrounded by the beautiful Hiraethog mountain range, just perfect to relax in the private enclosed garden with hot tub. The property is fed through a wind turbine located two fields away on the owner’s farmland. Enjoy alfresco dining at the table, chairs and maybe light the BBQ or gather around the firepit on cool evenings. The views are quite breath taking throughout the year. Fabulous house, everything thought through to give the perfect holiday - from decor to equipment to temperature of the hot tub. Views amazing. Kitchen a pleasure to cook in. Hard to tear ourselves away to visit the areas around but when we did we found more lovely views, waterfalls, walks, cafes and pretty Betws-y-coed which was a treat to shop in.Read more Worth pointing out that this is a perfect accommodation for two family groups, as upstairs there are two double bedrooms each with own en suite then in a separate ground floor wing there is a family bed room plus double bedroom each with own en suite. This is one of the best cottages we've stayed in. From the moment you arrive you can see how Elaine has thought of everything for her guests. The views are outstanding and the secluded location is ideal, within travelling distance of places to visit. The cottage is spacious and luxurious with great attention to detail in the decor. We were blown away by Fron Isa!! The property is finished to a very high standard, spacious and welcoming. The kitchen is very well stocked. Elaine was very helpful. Members of our party had some lovely walks in the surrounding farmland, providing various photo opportunities! Amazing holiday let that we used as a family to celebrate my 60th Birthday.The property was incredible with 4 x double rooms all on-suite, child friendly and the owner Mrs Jones supplied a welcome hamper that had all of the essentials for our first night and breakfast. All the essentials were supplied in the package, from W-U-L, to dishwasher tableRead morets, board games for internally as well as garden activities and the hot tub was a great touch. Really lovely cottage set in a beautiful location. The views were stunning especially the sunset. Very well maintained, spacious - perfect for our group of 9 of various ages to relax in and play board games. The hot tub was a hit too. A beautiful place, lovely house and plenty of wildlife to observe from large animals to buzzards and maybe an eagle. There are plenty of activities within easy reach and the coast is not too far away either.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Fron Isa! The cottage was perfect for our group of 8 adults and one toddler. Spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, it provided everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. We had a wonderful short break with friends. The location is incredibly beautiful and the owner was warm and welcoming. If youre lucky with the weather, like we were, the view is breathtaking. Its very convenient for Snowdonia and Anglesey. A great tonic for the soul, highly recommend for groups of friends or family.

This is a lovely holiday cottage. Set in beautiful countryside, it is visually appealing, clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The property is ideal for a large family holiday as it is quiet and secluded with only cows and sheep to be bothered by the sounds of children playing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, welcome pack was a lovely touch. Hot tub and views amazing. Kitchen was well equipped (no expense spared) and beds extremely comfortable. 20 minutes drive to the lovely Betws-Y-Coed and Zipworld, definitely worth a visit.
