Stepping into this spacious home you will immediately find yourself in the first living area of three, the sun-trap conservatory space. One being the main lounge space where you can enjoy your favourite films on the Smart TV from a choice of seating, along with an original fireplace to cosy up by on those chillier nights. The property has an abundance of outdoor space for all friends and family to revel in. There is an enclosed, split level lawn and patio area to the rear of the property, with outdoor seating and a charcoal BBQ for dining al fresco. From the rear garden you can access your own private heated indoor swimming pool - a truly fantastic space for friends and family to come together and let off some steam. To the front of the property is a spacious, tiered lawn area with mature trees and shrubs - a great spot for a game of hide and seek and an ideal space for children and four pawed friends to roam with ease.
