The beautiful family home sits on the edge of Hanworth Common, providing a wealth of walking, cycling and wildlife-watching opportunities. Just a few miles away is the town of Holt which is popular on the North Norfolk map. Seek out its Georgian charm and character, art and antique galleries, fashion boutiques, food shops offering the best of local produce, cafés, pubs and restaurants. Holt also offers the winter favourite of the Christmas Light display and light switch on in late November when the towns join together to watch the wonderful display and a glass of mulled wine and roasted chestnuts. The Green Flag awarded Holt Country Park has over 100 acres of woodland to discover and Holt is also home to the North Norfolk Steam Railway, where you can pick up the Poppy Line and enjoy a train ride to Weybourne and Sheringham on a diesel or steam train. Slightly further afield are the delightful seaside resorts of Sheringham and Cromer just a few miles up the road from Holt, there is something for everyone to discover here from the cafes, shops, amusement arcades and beautiful beaches, Cromer also offers the Amazon Zoo for a fun filled family day out, and don't forget to try the famous Cromer Crab!

The property sleeps ten guests and makes a fantastic base for large family get-togethers and holidays with friends. With its vast, open-plan living areas and impressive kitchen/diner, it’s the perfect property for entertaining and spending quality time together. The detached property has been decorated in a contemporary style, with cool tones and chic furniture. The ground floor is bright and airy and has an open-plan layout comprising a lounge, kitchen, diner, and garden room. After a delicious meal around the large dining table – which comfortably sits everyone – relax on the plump seating in the lounge to watch a film on the TV/DVD. On chilly evenings, get cosy in the glow of the wood burner. Alternatively, congregate in the peaceful garden room to chat about your day over a bottle of wine. There is also a ground-floor bedroom (super-king-size or twin) and a handy wet room. The remaining four bedrooms, along with the family bathroom, are located on the first floor. One of the first-floor bedrooms also has an en-suite shower room.

Outside, a large, enclosed garden awaits. The garden is laid to lawn, making it ideal for children, and has a stunning raised decked area with outdoor furniture. Unwind here, looking out over the open field, with a glass of wine in your hand at the end of a busy day of sightseeing.

Woodside is a great house, very comfortable and warm. Beautiful location, close to lots of great places to visit. A really great holiday.

Very comfortable with high level of equipment, property manager Caroline dealt with a problem we had very quickly and efficiently. Property a little isolated.

This was a fantastic well equipped spacious property .. great for a large family .. well located for the beaches for walks and only a mile away from a great village pub and well stocked post office and general store .. we hired the village hall for an evening of table tennis took a day boat out on the broads .. we will be booking again

Hob proved tricky to use, kept turning off! Slight problem with sink plug, but despite these little problems, lovely house, fabulous location despite twisty roads leading into village, a lovely weekend, we hope to return.

Woodside is a large, well appointed.modern property that we found as a group of 10 of 3 generations of family very comfortable. Very quietly situated ( satnav useful to find it- especially in dark!) but convenient for local attractions & coast. We visited Cromer, Overstrand, Mundesley. Holt & Felbrigg Hall.
