This is the ideal location for guests looking for rest and relaxation, it is also perfectly located to visit Norfolk’s beautiful beaches including, Holkham, Sheringham Waxham and Horsey. The Broads are a short drive from where you can hire a day boat to explore the quiet waterways and villages. Norwich with shopping centres, museums, Cathedrals, castle and plenty of eateries. National Trust properties include the splendid halls at Blickling and Felbrigg. Other attractions include Bewilderwood, The Dinosaur Adventure Park, Banham Zoo and Sandringham.

Guests enter this stunning coach house into an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The well-equipped stylish kitchen area has a built-in electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Tassimo coffee machine and washing machine with dryer.  There is a comfortable lounge area with contemporary lighting, sofas, a wood burner (1st basket of logs included) and TV/DVD. The dining room is perfect for your evening meal. The property offers four bedrooms; the master king-size bedroom has an en-suite bathroom comprising of slipper bath with hand held shower and WC. There are two further king-size bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, having double walk-in shower cubicle and WC. Last but not least is a twin bedroom boasting an en-suite shower room with WC.

Leisure facilities: hot tub situated in garden (Please note no children under the age of 5 in the hot tub, all children above this age must be supervised by an adult.)  Indoor heated swimming pool with changing room, shower and WC which are located at the main Hall a short walk from the cottage along with the snooker room. children under the age of 18 must be supervised.) Snooker room: with snooker table, by arrangement with the owner (please note no unsupervised children under 18)

The Mews house was really nice, Susan was always available if we needed anything. The Mews House had all the was needed for a confortable stay.The pool was lovely and the water warm. The cottage was nice and cosy and generally catered for our needs. the underfloor heating and log burner were a plus, as was the well kept Hot Tub. However, the pathway and steps leading to the tub were extremely slippery when wet and may need a warning sign somewhere as one of the party took quite a nasty tumble. The cottage was clean, warm and very well equipped. There was a personal toilet and shower/bathroom in each room. We stayed at Christmas and the cottage was decorated ready for us to celebrate. Great location and communication prior to arrival and throughout stay was excellent. The kitchen was well equipped and was nice and clean. Having an en-suite with every bedroom was a massive bonus. We loved the pool, hot tub and snooker room! We were disappointed that the house was not decorated for Xmas as expected according to the advert - check Read moredates with owner first. The Mews House was absolutely perfect for our family. Spotlessly clean, luxurious and spacious. Having all ensuite bedrooms was fantastic and everyone had a wonderful time. We would definitely return here.

The house was beautiful, decorated nicely and had everything we could need. When we encountered an issue with the television, it was looked at immediately and replaced within 24 hours, even though it was a bank holiday. Perfect location, peaceful and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with equipment for home cooking. We had 2/5/8 year old grandchildren and the play area, goals and pool were perfect. As well as the hot tub on the property. Lots of helpful advice from the owners, who communicated well and were responsive to queries. Highly recommended.

Mixed feelings about the cottage. Plus points are there is plenty of room and the rooms are decorated really well. The location is lovely. The jacuzzi was nice and the outside bbq area was relaxing. BUT, on our first night we had to wash one of the duvets covers as it reeked of BO/stale water. Cottage infested with spiders (I lost count at 80) and Read morealthough the pool was nice, the shower room stank and I caught a foot virus in there. Theee was only one TV control so couldn't use DVD or hard drive. Hide

A beautiful home and ideally placed to access beaches, the Broads and numerous National Trust properties as well as Norwich. With a combination of shared spaces (pool, snooker room and garden space) and a private garden with hot tub there is plenty of scope to relax if you don't feel like travelling too far.

Beautiful location, within easy reach of the coast, boating and canoeing on the Broads and lovely pubs and restaurants. The accommodation itself was amazing. We had the most wonderful time with our children, grandchildren and dogs at this cottage. There was ample space for us all. The grounds are beautiful, the pool and snooker room wonderful additions and it is in an excellent location. I would and have already recommended to family and would definitely stay here again.
