A charming, family and dog-friendly property located in a coastal spot on the beautiful Isle of Wight. Escape with your multi-generational family group, or a group of eight friends and enjoy resting up at this immaculate retreat. Colwell is a tranquil and friendly neighbourhood with a couple of shops and pubs within easy reach (0.5 miles). Head down to the sand-and-shingle beach of Colwell Bay, only 200 metres away, with a popular beachfront restaurant, and you can hire water sports equipment such as canoes and paddle boards. Enjoy coastal walks that pass scenic views. Head to The Needles (2.5 miles), a unique attraction of three stacks of chalk that rise out of the sea – there is also a chair lift that rises over the landmark and down to the beach.

Recently renovated to a very high standard, this home oozes style and is neutrally decorated throughout. Step into the hallway and head into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The living area has plush seating for all guests to curl up together and watch a movie on the Smart TV. Adjacent is a dining area set in front of French patio doors that lead out into the garden. Three have super-king-size beds that convert to twins on request, and two boast their own en-suite shower rooms, while the fourth bedroom has a bunk bed perfect for children. Completing the interior is a well-appointed family bathroom.

Outside, the garden is fully enclosed, making this a safe space for children and dogs to explore. The garden is laid to lawn with a patio and decked area with outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ. The star of the show is a bubbling four-person hot tub where you can take a dip and warm up whatever the weather. There is private parking for four cars.

We had a comfortable stay at Sunseekers amazing to have the bay a very short walk away. Dog really enjoyed the beach and its a lovely paddle when the tide is out. Watch out for jellyfish! The property is really beautiful - beds comfortable and lots of things were thought of to make our stay comfortable. We hoped the hot tub would have been bigRead moreger for a group of 8 it comfortably fitted 2 of us at a time - and the instructions to maintain it could have been clearer as we didnt fully understanding how to maintain the chlorine. The bins were full on arrival, and full again on departure so larger /extra outside bins would be very welcome. Otherwise, plenty of space, lovely kitchen and dining area and lounge areas to rest after a long day exploring the island. The house is very beautiful and decorated perfectly throughout so it was a lovely house to spend time in. Hide

A lovely modern detached home minutes walk from Colwell promenade with its restaurant and cafe. Well equipped and comfortable for us 6 adults family/friends group. The garden hot tub was great after a hard day's holidaying and the bus stop close by on the main road meant not having to drive every day with it's half-hour frequency to Newport.
