Anglers and water sports fans can head to the River Wye (9 miles), with the stunning Wye Valley National Landscape leading south to the Forest of Dean (20 miles). Goodrich Castle, Puzzlewood and Hay-on-Wye are all within 20 miles.
Entering this beautifully updated single-level hideaway, the entrance porch leads through into the sleek and airy kitchen/diner with ample equipment and a sociable dining table. The kitchen leads into the elegant and light-filled lounge with comfortable seating, wood burner and a Smart TV, providing a lovely space for everyone to get together and unwind after a memorable day. Double doors lead from the lounge to a bright and sunny conservatory with gorgeous views – keeping the double doors open makes the lounge even more spacious. The lounge also leads through to a delightful garden room with further seating and tranquil views. When it’s time to turn in for the night you will have a choice between four cosy and elegantly furnished bedrooms: three lovely king-size rooms, each with an invigorating en-suite shower room, and a charming twin room. The lodge also has a refreshing bathroom with a bath, shower and WC.
Heading outside, the generous enclosed gardens feature private lawns with plenty of space for younger guests to play games. There’s a choice of seating areas, perfect for a morning coffee, a BBQ or a drink in the evening as you take in the surrounding views. In the games room, competitive guests can play table tennis and pool. An electric vehicle charging point is available.
