Join friends and family for an unforgettable holiday on the Kent coast, in this spacious retreat just outside Broadstairs. The property, which welcomes eight guests, is just over 1 mile from the town centre and provides easy access to Broadstairs’ beautiful sandy beaches and traditional seaside attractions. You’ll be just 0.5 miles from Westwood Cross Retail Park, with its excellent array of shops, leisure activities, and places to eat. Broadstairs boasts seven gorgeous beaches, including Viking Bay with its cute beach huts, and Botany Bay which is renowned for its dramatic chalk stacks. After a day at the beach, head into town, where cosy pubs and independent restaurants line its Victorian streets. The seaside resort of Margate (3 miles) makes a great day out – peruse the art galleries and boutiques before refuelling in one of the town’s quirky cafes. Margate is also home to Dreamland, a vintage amusement park on the seafront.

The stylish holiday home boasts calming decor, gorgeous wooden furniture, and sumptuous soft furnishings. Leave coats and boots in the hallway, before moving through to the inviting lounge, where two large, plump sofas are set around a Smart TV. The sleek, galley-style kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare delicious feasts for the group, which you can share around the wooden dining table in the separate dining room. Just off the kitchen is a vibrant sunroom with rattan seating and bi-fold doors opening onto the attractive garden. This is a delightful spot to sit with a morning coffee and your holiday read. Rounding off the ground floor is a handy WC. Upstairs, four inviting bedrooms await, all with plenty of storage for your holiday attire. Choose from two European king-size bedrooms (one of which boasts an en-suite shower room), a double room, and a cosy twin. A spacious family bathroom completes the accommodation.

Outside, the enclosed garden provides all day sunshine and a tranquil spot in which to unwind on a summer’s afternoon. There is a lawn where children can play, along with a patio area with furniture for al fresco entertaining. The property has private parking for two cars.

A spacious and very well equipped house with generous sized bedrooms and bathrooms It had a mature garden and was only 1 mile to Viking beach & restaurants and 0.5 mile to the train station.

We loved the house, it was well equipped and had a very homely feel. The garden was lovely and if it had been a different time of year we would have used it along with the patio. Everything was so very clean and there was plenty of toilet rolls etc to go around with additional supplies if required (some places I have stayed at toilet rolls haveRead more been rationed!). The heating was beautifully warm, and we always looked forward to coming back after being out for the day, we all agreed it felt like home from home - thank you. Hide

We had a wonderful two-week family holiday. The house was immaculate, comfortable, and so tastefully done up. The owners were available throughout our stay for whatever we needed, and the property's location is superb. Would definitely recommend!
