Alternatively, set off for Aberdovey (4.5 miles) to explore the gorgeous beach on this tidal estuary. There you can also tee-off for an unforgettable game of golf or try your hand at sailing. In the evening, come home to enjoy a well-earned dip in your bubbling hot tub.
When you arrive at this farmhouse, you can’t help but stop and take in the tranquil country views. Step inside and head past the stylish shower room towards the kitchen – a superbly sociable space with a central island for casual meals. Alternatively, the dining room is perfect if you want to host an elegant dinner. Afterwards, socialise with a drink in the lounge, which has a wonderful, vaulted ceiling, or head to the library snug to stretch out in front of a movie.
