Treat the kids to a day out at Woodlands Family Theme Park (4.5 miles) with a range of rides, attractions, shows, and a petting zoo. Head a little further afield to Dartmouth (8 miles) and find a wide range of amenities as well as the imposing Dartmouth Castle.
This cottage has some traditional characterful touches, with exposed beams and brickwork throughout. Enter into the ground floor via the courtyard and head through to the stylish kitchen/diner. Rustle up a tasty meal before eating together around the eight-seater dining table situated in front of a window that overlooks the courtyard. Afterwards, take a seat in the comfortable lounge and get cosy while watching a film on the TV. For sleeping, you will be able to choose from four large bedrooms. The master suite has a king-size bed, plenty of storage space, and an en-suite shower room. A second bedroom is a double, the third a twin room and the fourth is a bunk bedroom. The bunk beds are suitable for both adults and children. A family bathroom completes the property with a shower over the bath, and a WC.
Immediately outside the property is a lovely bench looking over the courtyard, the perfect spot for a morning coffee. The real jewel in this property’s crown is the 1.5 acre of grounds that are free for guests to explore, and include, a BBQ with seating area, a duck pond and lawn areas. Spend days and evenings enjoying the grounds. Please note, there are ducks and chickens roaming freely on the grounds and please supervise children around the pond
