Across the hallway is a fully equipped kitchen, where a central island with a breakfast bar is a great spot to perch whilst the cook rustles up a home-cooked feast. Gather around for breakfast and lunches or, for a more formal meal, head downstairs to the stunning dining room with a large dining table with stylish chairs. The other two bedrooms are just off the lounge; a king-size room with a Smart TV and a super-king size bedroom which boasts a private balcony where you can enjoy a quiet morning coffee admiring the fells. There is also a second bathroom on this level. For the ultimate games night, head out to the garden and discover a fantastic games room complete with multi games table consisting of table tennis, snooker and air hockey, a full-sized bar with a wine/beer cooler that is excellent for entertaining and a Smart TV – on chilly evenings light the wood burner for extra atmosphere.
