Croyde is a chocolate box village with many thatched houses, shops and trendy eateries favoured by young and old alike. Its golden sandy beach gives you an opportunity to try a wide range of water sports. Heading up the stairs to the first floor there are a further three bedrooms, a double with TV and en-suite shower room with shower and WC and views over the dunes to the sea beyond. A further double and a twin and a bathroom with bath and WC completes the accommodation.
Stepping outside, there is a well maintained and enclosed garden surrounding the property ideal for children and dogs. A paved terraced area with garden furniture offers the chance to eat alfresco or just enjoy some late afternoon sun. There is a charcoal BBQ available. Keen surfers and beach lovers will look forward to returning to the house and use the outside hot shower, great for rinsing off wetsuits or sandy toes and paws. A further seating area with hammock makes this a fabulous spot to unwind and truly relax. The garage can be accessed from the garden and offers secure storage for surfboards, bikes and buggies. There is off-road parking available for three cars.
