Why not take a day trip to the nearby fishing villages of Looe (6 miles), Polperro (11 miles), Kingsands and Cawsands (both 9 miles)? Close by, you have the beautiful Mount Edgcumbe House and Country Park (9 miles) with walks and views for all of the family to enjoy. Enter into this stunning beachfront retreat and into a wonderful entrance hall which leads you through to the large lounge/dining room with large windows that frame the incredible sea views. This room is stylishly designed with its natural interiors and plenty of comfortable seating including an inviting window seat allowing you to lounge in comfort whilst watching the ever-changing tides. Or perhaps snuggle in on the sofas in front of the Smart TV whilst watching all of your favourite programs. The dining area offers a seat for everybody in front of the wood burner and leads out to a separate sunroom complete with seating overlooking the garden. Off the lounge is a beautiful, modern, bright kitchen which is fully equipped to cook up a delicious meal, prepare a BBQ tea or pack up a picnic lunch for a beach day. The breakfast bar offers a lovely spot for a morning coffee whilst catching up on the news. Near the kitchen is a handy utility area with a downstairs WC. At the other end of the house are three bedrooms. The first is a sweet bunk room with a trundle, perfect for children, whilst the other two offer king-size beds, plenty of storage and breathtaking views out over the garden and the sea.
