Located in the picturesque village of Lenham, this characterful holiday cottage offers the perfect retreat for groups of up to ten guests, with its cosy yet spacious interior. Lenham is characterised by its traditional timber-framed buildings, and a delightful market square where a bi-monthly market is held selling locally grown produce and crafts. Additionally, there are two pubs, a tearoom, an antiques centre, and an art gallery. Sitting on the edge of the Kent Downs, the village is surrounded by beautiful countryside with plenty of walking, running, and cycling trails. Further afield, you can explore the grounds of Leeds Castle (5 miles). Port Lympne Safari Park and Canterbury are 19 miles away, and a day trip to the beach at the quintessential seaside towns of Hythe or Whitstable is 22 miles.

The entrance is to the side of the property and has a small hallway with plenty of room for storing boots and coats. The spacious open-plan kitchen/dining room has two small sofas and a TV in the kitchen area, with patio doors leading out to the garden. The kitchen is well-equipped and provides a great base for family meals and catching up around the breakfast bar. The dining room has an extendable table, seating up to ten guests to enjoy meals together. The separate utility room is perfect for washing muddy clothes after a day of exploring. The lounge has a large inglenook fireplace with an open fire, a comfortable corner sofa, a three-seater sofa, and a Smart TV. There is also a double bedroom and a shower room on the ground floor. From the kitchen, head through the stairgate and up the stairs to the four further bedrooms. The master suite has a king-size bed, a TV, an en-suite shower room, and a dressing room. The other three are all king-size, one with an en-suite shower room, and another with a TV. All bedrooms have ample storage space for personal belongings. The family bathroom completes the upstairs.

Outside, there is an enclosed garden with a paved patio and a lawn area. Relax on the outdoor seating and light up the charcoal BBQ for al fresco entertaining, or the fire pit to keep warm on those cooler evenings.
