Escape to the tranquil beauty of the East Sussex countryside with our enchanting country house holiday retreat. This luxury property accommodates up to 20 guests, making it an ideal destination for family gatherings, celebrations, or corporate retreats. Nestled in the rural village of Vine’s Cross, it is surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens which are exclusively yours to enjoy. Alternatively, enjoy exploring one of the many hiking trails which lead directly from the house into the rolling countryside of High Weald AONB. There are many local activities to do in the area from paintballing in Hailsham (6 miles) to golf courses. The village of Cowbeech, 1.5 miles away, is great for a Sunday lunch at the local pub or you will find grocery shopping in Horam (3 miles) or Waitrose in Heathfield (4 miles). Further afield you can enjoy a day on the beach at Normans Bay (12 miles) or an afternoon exploring the old Town of Hastings.

This beautiful and comfortably furnished house offers great space for large groups to enjoy and gather and is just over an hour from London. The living room is spacious and perfectly designed for your large group with comfortable furnishings and a cosy wood burner. The kitchen is light and airy and provides a great space for socialising whilst preparing food and drinks. This open plan modern space is well-stocked with everything you will need to cater for your occasion, whether you choose to cook yourself or bring in a professional chef. The kitchen is connected to the dining room which has a large oak table which seats up to 18 and there are extra tables if needed to extend the dining space. Large French doors open out into charming gardens. The staircase leads up to the games room where you will find a large screen TV, music system and a table tennis table. There is a sofa bed for alternative use in here but must be booked in advance if required. The eight spacious double rooms, some with additional beds, offer sleeping for up to 20 guests. Three of these are en-suite. There are also two family bathrooms and a ground floor WC.

Outside, you can enjoy the peacefulness of the beautiful gardens and the far-reaching countryside views. Relax in the hot tub, enjoy a game of tennis, or simply take time outside on the patio seating. There is a BBQ for alfresco dining or take a picnic to the lake, the choice is yours!
