Hop in the car and you can easily reach Broadstairs, famous Viking Bay Beach (2 miles) where children will enjoy playing on the soft sand, building sandcastles, or paddling in the sea. The Isle of Thanet coastline also offers numerous other beaches which are perfect for keen water sports enthusiasts and are all connected via the Viking Coastal Trail which makes for a great walking or cycling route. The towns of Ramsgate and Margate are both within 3 miles of the property with many attractions to keep all the family entertained including The Turner Contemporary, Dreamland Theme Park and the Ramsgate Tunnels.

A warm welcome awaits as you step into the main hallway where there is space for hanging coats and dropping off shoes. Head to your right and you will enter the dining room with a large farmhouse table, seating for twelve guests and a Smart TV. A dresser with an additional kettle, toaster and coffee machine helps with busy mornings gathering everyone together for a hearty breakfast. Just off the dining room is the lounge with large bi-fold doors that open out onto the fully enclosed patio area. Multiple seating areas ensure that everyone can be together and enjoy playing board games or watching the Smart TV and for chilly evenings there is a multi-fuel wood burner for those cosy evenings in front of the fire. Heading back through to the main hallway the spacious kitchen on the opposite side of the hall is well equipped with everything you may need to create delicious family meals. There is also a breakfast bar with stools for enjoying a morning coffee or chatting whilst dinner is prepared. Located just off the kitchen is the first of the ground floor family suites which were both the original stables and have been transformed into cosy bedrooms. In here you will find a king-size bed on the ground floor and a double bed which is in the mezzanine area, accessed via a set of stairs and an en-suite shower room with WC. The second family suite is self-contained and accessed from the outside courtyard area. In here you will find a double bed located in the mezzanine area, accessed via a set of stairs and a bunk bed on the ground floor. There is also an en-suite shower room with WC and ample built in storage. Completing the ground floor is a cloakroom with WC. Heading upstairs you find the final two bedrooms: a master super-king bedroom which has use of the family shower room next door and a king-size bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

Heading outside the large fully enclosed courtyard offers patio seating, an outdoor shower for washing off sandy toes and a hot tub for relaxing in after a busy day exploring the local area. A set of steps leads up the main garden area which offers further seating and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen for those all-important family picnics with a gas BBQ, and pizza oven. Beyond the patio area is large lawned garden perfect for playing games or enjoying a game of football or cricket.
