An idyllic coastal home conveniently located close to all amenities yet out of the hustle and bustle of the town centre. A 1 mile walk downhill takes you to the vibrant seaside town of Westward Ho!, known for its long stretch of sandy beach and unique pebble ridge. Savour a locally made Hockings ice cream, discover your sandcastle-building talents, or even try your hand at the surfing school. Westward Ho! also offers an array of amusements, local shops, and excellent dining options to suit all. There is much more to see and do in the area with a host of family attractions nearby which include The Big Sheep, The Milky Way and Wake Park, alongside spending a day cycling on the famous North Devon Tarka Trail. All of this is within 10 miles of the home.

Entering the property on the ground floor, the hallway has the lounge on your right which features a Smart TV, comfortable seating, and a selection of books and games. Leading from the lounge, patio doors open out onto the decked area and to the garden beyond. Opposite the lounge you will find the dining room with plenty of room for everyone to be able to sit together for family meals. The well-equipped kitchen/diner also has a table and chairs for more informal dining, and adjacent is a handy utility room which has a washing machine and tumble dryer. A separate WC can also be found on the ground floor. Heading up another flight of stairs to the top floor is a the fourth and fifth bedroom, a twin room, a double room and a separate WC.

Heading outside to the split-level garden, ideal for evening drinks, with a wooden bench on the top deck and ample room for garden games, reading, or just relaxing. There is off-road parking in front of the property for three cars.
