West Runton boasts a rich history, with fascinating archaeological sites and the iconic West Runton Mammoth showcasing its prehistoric past. The family friendly beach offers crabbing and fossil hunting and there is also a pub, grocers, train station, cafes and nine hole golf course. To the east discover the resort of Cromer (2.6 miles) with its famous pier, amusements, shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants and cliff tops walks. Head west and discover the open marshes at Stiffkey and Cley-next-the-Sea and seaside villages such as Blakeney and Wells-next-the-Sea, each with their own unique character.

This attractive holiday retreat dates back to the late 19th century, offering spacious living areas and elegantly appointed bedrooms ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable stay for large families or groups of friends. Enter into the hallway where you can begin exploring your home-away-from-home. The ground floor has a beautiful lounge with large Smart TV and enough comfortable seating for all. At the rear of the property is a stylish kitchen diner with all the mod-cons needed for whipping up delicious home cooked meals. Completing the ground floor is a utility room with a washing machine and cloakroom. On the first floor there are three spacious bedrooms with king size beds and one with an en-suite bathroom. Fairholme is a beautiful property for a family holiday. Excellent location and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The rear courtyard is a perfect sun trap and the front garden is wonderful for relaxing and watching the world go by. The whole family had a brilliant time. Thank you

Great location in village near shop, pub, golf and tennis and even more important - reasonable walking distance to the beach!
