For outings a little further afield, visit Sandringham Estate (9 miles), the 100 acres of lavender fields and farm shop at Norfolk Lavender (2.5 miles), or, for the wildlife lovers, Holme Dunes Nature Reserve (4 miles).

On the ground floor, the hallway boasts a small working space for those that need to catch up on work whilst away and a cosy reading corner. This leads round to an open-plan living/dining room which invites sociable evenings playing board games, watching films on the Smart TV, or dining with the patio doors open and the fresh sea air flowing in. The contemporary kitchen is equipped with all the culinary essentials you might need to prepare delicious meals to enjoy together around the dining table. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with a Smart TV, and a bathroom. On the first floor are three bedrooms. The first offers a super-king-size bed. The second bedroom has a super-king-size bed that can be converted to twin beds on request, and a Smart TV. The final bedroom has a full-size bunk bed. A shower room completes the first floor.
Outside, there is a fully enclosed garden to the rear – ideal for making the most of the Norfolk sunshine. Unwind on the sun loungers, fire up the BBQ to dine alfresco at the table and chairs before having a glass of something bubbly in the hot tub.
