Welcome to this fabulous house ideally situated in the heart of Abersoch. Just 0.25 miles from the bustling town of Abersoch with its cafes, pubs, restaurants and shops it’s also ideally located for leaving the car behind for the day. The mile-long stretch of beautiful, sandy beach is just 0.25 miles away, offering stunning views of Cardigan Bay. Sailing enthusiasts will also appreciate the easy access to sheltered waters, ideal for dinghy sailing and windsurfing. For avid surfers, venture 2 miles to Porth Neigwl (Hell’s Mouth Beach) or why not wander through Sarn Bach and ascend to Cilan Head (2.5 miles), where you'll be rewarded with awe-inspiring views of Bardsey Island. Other fantastic locations to visit are Snowdonia National Park (Eryri) and Portmeirion (both within 25 miles) and Caernarfon or Harlech Castle.

Enter this lovely period property through a private, gated driveway which has ample space to park and step up to the back door. Inside, the bright and spacious kitchen/diner awaits, offering a well-equipped space complete with an oak table - perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a family dinner. The ground floor also features a convenient shower room and WC right next to the entrance - perfect for washing off the sand after a day on the beach. Upstairs, discover four tastefully styled and well-proportioned bedrooms: two delightful doubles, a twin room and a fourth bunk bedroom which make this property feel a real home from home. Every bedroom is equipped with a chest of drawers and there is also a wardrobe for hanging. The twin room benefits from an en-suite shower room whilst a family bathroom with a shower over the bath and a separate WC completes this floor.

The outside space makes this property a real treat with its large, secure and south-facing garden at the back of the property. It includes a decked area with outdoor seating, a parasol and BBQ - perfect for enjoying drinks, indulging in an al fresco meal or soaking up the sunshine throughout the day.
