Set within Snowdonia National Park, the house enjoys unrestricted views of Cader Idris mountain, Barmouth Estuary and the Llyn Peninsula. This peaceful spot is a must-visit for outdoor and nature enthusiasts with mountain trails and beach walks at Fairborne accessible from the front door. Barmouth – the popular Snowdonia seaside resort with beautiful views of Cardigan Bay, harbour, shops, pubs and eateries – is just 3 miles away.

The ground floor of the property is full of character and spacious areas for relaxed, sociable gatherings. The cosy living room features original beams, lots of seating and a wood burner set inside a feature inglenook fireplace. The light-filled, modern kitchen offers spectacular sea estuary and mountain views, the perfect backdrop for any gathering. Ground floor utility room and bathroom. The first floor houses five bedrooms, four of which have en-suite bathrooms, and the master bedroom with picturesque views.

A ten-person sauna with a large picture window and views of the estuary and sea – along with a changing room and shower – is a great place for gathering. Outside, a large handmade table offers al fresco dining opportunities, along with a fire pit and a charcoal BBQ to add to the outdoor appeal.
