This three-storey holiday home is located in the centre of the pretty seaside village of Croyde, known for its sandy beach and considered to be one of the best surfing spots in the UK. Enjoy strolling around the shops and fantastic eateries, and enjoy the craft market in the summer. Saunton Sands Golf Course (5 miles) offers 36 holes of beautiful championship links golf. Only 6 miles away is Braunton which offers a plethora of independent shops and galleries. Walking enthusiasts will be spoilt for choice with the South West Coast Path on the doorstep with spectacular scenery and a chance to spot seals bathing on the rocks. The Victorian town of Ilfracombe (6 miles) offers some excellent dining and family-friendly activities, including exhilarating boat trips from the harbour. Explore the coastline up towards Lynton and Lynmouth or take a day trip over to Lundy Island, which is famous for its puffins. There are some great places to visit for families with children including, Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park (14 miles), Watermouth Castle (12 miles) and Exmoor Zoo (18 miles).

A stylish, contemporary design flows throughout this property. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining room is located on the second floor to make the most of the views of the beach and countryside. The large comfy sofas are a great place to relax after a day of adventure and watch a movie or two on the Smart TV, which is also equipped with Sky and Netflix. The modern kitchen has everything you need to whip up a special recipe and dine at the large table with your family and friends. On this floor is a bunk room with two sets of bunks and an en-suite shower room with a WC. Take the stairs to the next floor where there are two further bedrooms, including a king-size which benefits from a luxury en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bath and WC. The master bedroom is fitted with a super-king-size bed, Smart TV and en-suite shower room, and boasts spectacular sea views. On the ground floor are a further two king-size bedrooms, one of which has doors leading onto the patio area, plus there is a family shower room. Completing the ground floor is a useful utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, and not forgetting the best part of the house...a games room with air hockey, Street Fighter and Pac-Man arcade games, and a bar area with a wine fridge.

Outside is an enclosed patio area with furniture to dine outside on the warmer evenings. Gas BBQ. A beautiful balcony leads from the lounge on the second floor, with stunning views. Enjoy many hours relaxing and watching the spectacular sunsets.

Sunset terrace is in a great location, only a short 10 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the village. The house is very well equipped with quality goods. The games room is a great addition for entertaining the family. Our overall experience at Sunset Terrace was fantastic and couldnt be faulted.

What an amazing property, just a 5 min walk from the Centre of Croyde, with is shops, pubs and beaches and an amazing view over the rooftops to the sea and beyond. The standard of this property is exceptional, more than well equipped - we will be back!

This is a well looked after property, ideal location for both village centre and beech. There was everything we needed within the property, and we had a superb week. Ideal for families.

A super stay in a very comfortable home from home. Some of our group are regular visitors to the area but this was our first stay. A little gem of a place that we will definitely visit again. This holiday home is very comfortable and well equipped. The welcome pack was a thoughtful touch after a long drive.
