What makes the location of this stunning house truly special is its close proximity to the charming town of Padstow, which is just 4.5 miles away and has become a must-visit destination for foodies and nature lovers alike. Known for its delicious seafood and home to several world-renowned restaurants, you will delight in the choice of new places to try. You can also enjoy kayaking, paddleboarding, and even take a boat trip to explore the stunning coastline and spot dolphins on a good day! Surrounded by some of the most beautiful beaches in Cornwall, including the famous Harlyn Bay (4 miles) which is ideal for surfing and swimming, Trevone Bay (5 miles) and Constantine Bay (4.5 miles). Padstow also has a rich history, with its origins dating back to the 6th century. The town is home to several historic buildings and landmarks, including the Prideaux Place, a 16th-century Elizabethan manor house, and the St. Petroc's Church, a beautiful medieval church.

As you step inside this modern, bright, Scandi style house, you are met with the warmth of the underfloor heating and the stylish, open plan living space that is perfect for friends and families to socialise and relax. With the addition of a cosy wood burner, you will enjoy holidays here out of season as much as the ones in high summer. Contemporary chairs surround the spacious dining table and there is even an additional seating area for some quiet reading, away from the TV. The owners love to cook and have ensured the kitchen is very well equipped with everything you might need to whip up a family feast. The lounge has comfortable seating, a Smart TV and large patio doors lead out from the dining area on to the eco-friendly composite decking. There is a spacious bathroom on the ground floor which also houses the washing machine and tumble dryer for your convenience and upstairs you will find your four spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom benefits from a Simba mattress and an en suite bathroom. You also have a double room, a twin and a bunk room. which are all served by the family bathroom.

Outside, at the rear of the property you have a wonderful decking area with field views and a large dining table and chairs with parasol, a BBQ is also available to enjoy your al fresco dining.

The perfect combo, traditional cottages in pretty village outside, contemporary comfort inside short drive to great beaches and Padstow Everything in place for a great holiday at any time of the year we loved the warmth and comfort during a very wet and windy Christmas

We, a family of eight including 4 children and 2 grandparents, really enjoyed our stay at Saffron Cottage, which is in a quiet hamlet close to a number of accessible sandy bay beaches and Padstow. The cottage was comfortable, warm, modern, very well equipped, and spotlessly clean. Lovely art work found down and upstairs.

Absolutely beautiful. Spotlessly clean, amazingly well equipped had everything. Very spacious bigger than we thought. Lovely sized decking area. Large BBQ which we used twice. Set in a lovely small village peaceful and relaxing. Short distance to beaches and Padstow. There was 7 of us altogether and ample space without being on top of each other. We enjoyed our stay at Saffron Cottage which was comfortable, clean and well equipped. Just a short drive to Padstow and great surf lessons with Waves Surf School at various beautiful beaches on the North Cornwall coast. We had a great stay in Saint Ervan. The property is contemporary, well equipped and clean. It has a lovely deck overlooking some fields and the kitchen/dining/lounge area is more spacious than the photos show. We found the location to be very convenient and easy for getting to Padstow, Wadebridge and the nearby beaches for surfing. The lanes aroundRead more the house and St Ervan mean you don't get stuck in holiday traffic, which is a real bonus. I'd definitely recommend this property if you're looking to stay in the Padstow/North Cornwall area. Ps if you have kids, the Cornwall Birds of Prey Centre is great Hide
