This detached lodge is set in a luxurious holiday destination, known for its stunning natural beauty and is located between Padstow and Newquay. The resort boasts plenty of activities and you will have a guest pass with access to the indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and fitness suite There is also a spa, a tennis court, and a golf course, as well as the infamous 'Flow Rider' and newly added aqua park. There is a fantastic restaurant and bar on-site, serving delicious food. The delightful fishing town of Padstow is 7 miles away, and the popular town of Newquay, with its five famous beaches, is also situated within 10 miles. Other local towns and villages include Port Isaac, the picturesque town portrayed in TV’s Doc Martin and the surfing mecca of Polzeath. Lappa Valley Steam Railway, the Oasis Fun Pool, the Eden Project and Cornwall Crealy Adventure Park are all within 10 miles.

Enter the spacious lodge into a hallway with two of the four bedrooms on this level. Both bedrooms on this level have spacious super-king-size zip-link beds (can be made up as a twin on request). Also on this level, you will find a family bathroom and a large bright open plan kitchen/diner/lounge offering a fabulous social space for guests. The lounge has wonderful seating as well as a Smart TV and fabulous large doors opening out onto a large private deck with stunning views of the park and countryside. The kitchen is modern and light and offers everything you need. Head upstairs to find a fabulous open plan sitting room with more comfy seating, a pool tale to entertain everyone, a Smart TV and large patio doors opening onto another fabulous terrace to enjoy. Also on this floor are two bedrooms, one super-king-size zip-link (can be made up as a twin on request) and a twin room. You will also find a handy shower room on this level.

You will delight in the outdoor space here, with two expansive decking areas where you can enjoy a family BBQ or relaxing morning coffee.

The property is ideally positioned on this holiday park, there are fantastic views of the countryside from to upper or lower floors. There are properties closer to the lakes, but for us the views we had were far better. The layout is great with dining downstairs, including a large decking, but we spent most of our time upstairs, with the great viRead moreews, listening to music and playing pool. The site itself is fantastic, the facilities are great and the location close to the A39 makes it a good base to explore Cornwall. Hide

A well located property. Suitable for family use. Equipment scored lower as saucepans not fit for use having damaged Teflon. Quite annoying when you intend on cooking! Had to purchase saucepans. Also TV casting not useable.

Great location, beautiful outlook from the property. Key points which could be improved. 1. The folder information needs updating and additional information should be added as I didnt feel it sold the area or the resort to the best of its ability and everytime I went to consult it, I didnt find the answer I was looking for. 2. The beds in the prRead moreoperty werent great, 3 of 4 adults staying had bad backs from sleeping on mattresses, they really needed replacing. Hide
