Set in a quiet spot, this charming barn conversion has wonderful views across the surrounding fields and countryside and is close by to many of the popular places that stretch along the Suffolk Coast. The small village of Snape that plays host to the renowned Snape Maltings is just 3 miles away and has a wonderful array of shops to peruse, as well as a concert hall that showcases, art, music, and exhibitions throughout the year. The gorgeous sailing village of Orford is only 8 miles away and is a lovely day out for all the family. Take the pretty circular walk along the river wall before stopping for coffee and cake at Pump Street Bakery or picking up some delicious seafood from Pinney’s Smokehouse. Aldeburgh is the closest beach (7.2 miles) to this holiday home and is a lovely spot to while away the day with a picnic on the pebble shores.

This fantastic family-friendly holiday home is ideal for group getaways to spend some quality time together, with plenty of places both inside and outside to socialise. The barn plays host to a generous living room with a roaring wood burner and is the perfect spot to snuggle up on the sofas on those chillier days. The country farmhouse-style kitchen has all you need during your stay with plenty of equipment to prepare delicious feasts. There is a large dining room with seating for everyone, as well as an additional dining table in the kitchen. A handy utility room offers additional storage and washing facilities as well as a great place for boots and coats following a day exploring the local footpaths. If you need to work whilst away or wish to find a quiet place to read, there is a dedicated study available too. All accommodation is upstairs and can house up to eight guests across four bedrooms. The main bedroom features a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with lovely views across the gardens. The second bedroom offers a further king-size bed whilst the remaining two bedrooms are both twin singles with the use of a shared family bathroom.

The property boasts a stunning landscaped garden that stretches to just over an acre. There is a large open area laid to lawn, perfect for children to run and explore as well as a patio with dining table and chairs for alfresco suppers. The garden captures the sunrise and sunset and is the perfect place to unwind, rest and relax.
