This spectacular property for families and groups sits in the charming rural village of Docking, within easy reach of several sandy beaches including the splendid Brancaster just 4 miles away. Within 5 miles lies the pretty Georgian village of Burnham Market, a lovely place to spend the day browsing the many independent boutique shops or enjoying a meal in one of the gastropubs. The King's country residence at Sandringham and other spectacular stately homes including Houghton Hall and Holkham Hall, Castle Acre and Castle Rising are all within 15 miles. Other highly recommended attractions include Snettisham Park Farm (5 miles), Pensthorpe Natural Park (14 miles) Roarr! Dinosaur Adventure (15 miles) and for a great family day out, head to Hunstanton (7 miles) where you’ll find traditional amusements aplenty, a plethora of eateries and cafes, not to mention a fun fair and Sea Life Centre.

This newly built (in 2023) reverse-level house is a stunning place to create memories with loved ones. Being an upside-down design, all the bedrooms are on the ground floor. When it’s time to get some well-earned shut-eye after your coastal adventures, you have a choice of four bedrooms, all with ensuites. The spacious master bedroom is a super-king-size room with an ensuite shower room and French doors leading to a patio area. The twin room has 2'6" zip-and-link beds so, depending on your preference, these can be made into a king-size. Here you also have an ensuite bathroom. The two king-size bedrooms have ensuite shower rooms. All bedrooms have plenty of storage for your belongings. There is a utility room on the ground floor with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs, you have a very spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner offering a super-social aspect to your holiday. The well-equipped kitchen features a large kitchen island with six bar stools – a great place to grab a light breakfast or lunch. For more formal meals, the dining table seats up to ten people. When it’s time to relax, you can cosy up on the sofas and watch your preferred streaming service on the large, wall-mounted Smart TV. Open the doors to the Juliette balconies on a nice day and enjoy unspoilt views across to the fields; on a clear day you can see the sea!

Outside, there is an enclosed garden and patio area on both sides of the house, so you can follow the sun and enjoy some evening drinks or even dine alfresco whilst you watch the sun go down.

Excellent location with easy access to the wonderful beaches of Norfolk. The house has lots of space and good facilities , will book again.

Wonderful property for a family holiday. Peaceful location but within easy reach of beaches and historic houses in north and west Norfolk. Most well equiped holiday home we have stayed in and very clean when we arrived. Would stay again at the drop of a hat!

An amazing property that is well positioned for exploring North Norfolk. Well appointed and luxurious, any large group will be very happy here relaxing and enjoying the views. As a multi generational family, we had everything we needed and were extremely happy here for the week and would definitely return.
