The perfect spot for families and friends, this stylish cottage is located in the heart of East Runton. The small village is a popular holiday destination, with stunning cliff-top views out to the North Sea and a long sandy beach. The coastal path meanders along the top of the cliffs to Sheringham in one direction or Cromer in the other, both make a fabulous walk. There's a good local coastal bus service, the Coast Hopper that runs from Cromer to Hunstanton, where you can hop on and off at will and discover the coastline without the need for a car. The village itself has two pubs, restaurants one of which serves beautifully fresh seafood and several small shops. There is a Surf and SUP school at Cromer (1.5 miles) and you will also find two golf courses close by at West Runton (0.5 miles) and Cromer. East Runton is a great base for cycling, walking, bird watching and water sports.

The entrance hallway of this property is a great space for you to hang up your coats and kick off your shoes ready to relax. Just around the corner from this space is a cloakroom as well as a utility room that houses the washing machine. Straight through from the entrance is the well-equipped kitchen which offers everything you could wish for in preparing a tasty breakfast to a warming evening meal. Leading from the kitchen is the first of the property's living areas. This is a great space to relax with Smart TV and a large corner sofa ideal to settle a watch a family movie. There are also views out onto the garden as well as French doors which open out onto the patio area. To the left of the kitchen is the dining area as well as the second living room with a wood burner and comfortable seating. Upstairs you will find the four spacious and cosy bedrooms: two double bedrooms, one twin room and a bunk bedroom. All have been thoughtfully furnished and styled to make guests feel right at home. The family bathroom is also upstairs.

To the rear, you will find a patio area with steps leading up to a shingled garden with flower beds and shrubs throughout.
