Sympathetically converted from original farm buildings, this welcoming stone and slate cottage is a gorgeous retreat for a large family or group of friends. Set in an enviable rural position within a peaceful complex of holiday properties, guests benefit from access to a range of onsite facilities including an indoor pool and sauna. Stretch your legs on a walk to Kilkhampton (2.5 miles) for a pub lunch or head the other way for a wander around the scenic Tamar Lakes (1 mile). Slightly further afield, the coast of North Devon and North Cornwall is peppered with beaches and pretty villages, including Bude (8 miles), Sandymouth (5.5 miles) and Clovelly (14 miles). Families can enjoy a world of fun at the Big Sheep (15.5 miles) as well as the rides and soft plays areas at Milky Way (13.5 miles).

Step into the cottage and enter straight into the characterful kitchen/diner with its attractive beamed ‘cathedral’ ceiling. Put your culinary skills to the test in the fully equipped kitchen before sharing a meal with loved ones and catching up on the day's adventures. A separate utility room contains convenient laundry facilities. Walk through to the spacious lounge, which boasts a cosy wood burner and French doors opening out on to the private patio area. Relax after a busy day and watch a film together, gathering around the Smart TV with a DVD player. Two welcoming bedrooms can also be found on the ground floor, including a super-king-size bedroom (which can be made as a twin on request) with French doors opening onto the patio, and a bunk bedroom suitable for children. Completing the ground floor is the family bathroom which has a lovely whirlpool bath, ideal for relaxing in after a busy fun day. Heading upstairs you will find two large bedrooms comprising of one double and one twin as well as a cloakroom with WC.

On-site facilities include indoor swimming pool, sauna, hot tub, games room, tennis court and children's outdoor play area. In addition to all the on-site facilities, guests can enjoy their very own private garden and patio area with a gas BBQ.
