Ideal for families and friends or celebrating a big occasion, this spacious property is situated on the edge of Pentney Lakes. Pentney is located about 8 miles south-east of King’s Lynn. It is in the valley of the River Nar. On the lakes itself you are able to throw yourself into water sports such as water skiing and wakeboarding. Or if you prefer something slightly more relaxing, fishing is also allowed on the lake. There are also a number of great footpaths in the surrounding area as well some great coastal paths in Snettisham and Old Hunstanton which are just 19 miles away and both offer everything you could need on a great day out.

Set within grounds of almost an acre, this property is a haven of peace and tranquillity. The open-plan living/dining/kitchen area is its social hub. This spacious and comfortable area is the perfect spot for everyone to get together. There are two bedrooms in this part of the property, one double and one twin. Head left and down the hallway from the dining area and you will find two additional bedrooms, one of the rooms housing three single beds, the other a double bed with an additional single bed, and an en-suite shower room. There is also a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. At the opposite end of the property, there is a shower room as well as another spacious double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

Outside there is a lovely, secured decking area, ideal for enjoying an evening meal in the last of the day’s sunshine, as well as your own private hot tub. All of which is overlooking the lake.

Waters Edge is the perfect place for a family holiday. All the children had a great time exploring the lakes and playing in the garden. The property is very clean, comfortable and big enough to house us all! We cant wait to return when the weather is abit warmer to explore more of Norfolk. Thanks.

We have all had a splendid time in Waters Edge, the property is so spacious for us all and evening meals around the table were fab. The property is very well equipped, clean and comfortable. The lakes were stunning and the hot tub was fab! will recommend to everyone we know.

WOW! What a fantastic week my family has had staying here. The lakes are beautiful and the property had everything we could have asked for. We spent evenings in the hot tub and warmer days on the decking (even though blankets were needed). The area is also great for walks and not far away from some great pubs for evening meals.
