Excellent location with beautiful views. Short walk to the bus stop and an excellent bus service into Dartmouth Great space in the house perfect for a large group.

The house was perfect for 8 people to feel comfortable while on holiday. It was situated in an ideal position for visiting all the local attractions.

Beautifully maintained cottage perfect for our family holiday. Open plan layout provides lots of space. Fully equipped kitchen with added extras of coffee machine and air fryer. Beautifully decorated bedrooms & spotless clean bathrooms. Would highly recommend Sandy Toes

Very impressed with the property and would thoroughly recommend. We were surprised be the extras that were included which made our stay enjoyable and relaxing. Lovely location with lots to see and great walks from the door. Very homely and wouldn't hesitate to go back there again.

We had a lovely week at Sandy Toes which is a beautiful house. It is very well equipped house and has been tastefully decorated throughout (although we would have liked a bbq). It is in a good location for exploring the area and within walking distance of a very nice pub. The only little niggle we had was there is only space for two cars and you caRead morent park on the road. Hide

Beautiful house great location on bus route into Dartmouth town and 10 minute walk to a lovely pub and another 10 minutes to a stunning beach. House is immaculate with stunning seaview from bedroom balcony. Highly recommend.

We have had a lovely week here at Sandy Toes. Family of 4, including 2 children and a dog. The house is absolutely perfect, plenty of space and amazing views (when the weather is good!) Loved the decor and we made great use of the good selection of games and books. We highly recommend Salcombe as a place to visit, and the Sea Monkey for some lovelRead morey food and a nice welcome, surfing and paddle boarding at Bantham Beach, Beesands and Slapton Sands (Dog friendly). We also had a nice meal at the Green Dragon. 'Catch of the Day' at Bayards Cove was to die for! We look forward to returning. Hide

We stayed here for a lovely 5 day holiday and had an amazing time, we went to Blackpool Sands and did paddle boarding, had a day trip to Dartmouth and Salcombe. The house was beautiful, best holiday ever!

We have spent a lovely week in Sandy Toes, it is a beautiful house with everything we needed, extremely well furnished with lots of lovely extra touches, and the view down to the sea is delightful. Highlights were a Round Robin trip, leaving from Dartmouth, a river cruise to Totnes, a bus ride to Paignton and a steam train to Kingswear. Finishing Read moreoff with a ferry ride back to Dartmouth. Blackpool Sands and Slapton were well worth the visit we would most certainly return for another visit soon. Hide

Sandy Toes is an amazing, lovely home with amazing views, in a fantastic area! So many lovely touches which make this home so nice. The assortment of board games kept us entertained during the lovely, wet British weather! We have had a lovely holiday and will be recommending to friends and family. We hope to be back soon!
