The town boasts cobbled streets lined with galleries, independent shops, delicious cafes and all you could need for a coastal week away. For scenic walks, the Southwest Coast Path (0.8 miles) is accessible via a footpath a few steps from the property and offers gorgeous trails through coastal landscapes with incredible panoramic views across St Ives Bay and out to sea.

Entering this welcoming modern holiday home which has been stylishly decorated throughout and makes a wonderful base for you all to relax after a day exploring, it boasts a well-appointed kitchen, equipped with everything you'll need to prepare a feast or a picnic for your day of adventures. Enjoy lazy morning coffees or ignite some friendly competition playing table football with family and friends. Gather around the sociable dining table for a night of board games with your favourite songs playing on the sound bar or retire to the lounge; a lovely place to sit back and unwind and watch a film on the Smart TV. Excellent property, very clean and comfortable. Lots of space for two families with 4 teens. Everything we needed and more at the property. Great location, hot tub a bonus, very spacious and homely, would highly recommend.

A lovely house for a break in St Ives. On the outskirts so it does mean a lot of walking or working out buses/taxis, as driving into the centre is not really an option in peak season. The plus side of the location is that its large, spacious, with countryside views and much quieter than being closer - less seagull and other town noise! Lovely holiday and the property is great, very clean too. Only one small thing, some provision for interior drying of clothes, be it a tumble drier or some clothes aiders would be great.

We have had a lovely week here in your house. It has a warm, homely feel and everything has been thought of. Love all the pictures. It is in a good place for sightseeing and not too far from the town. Shall definitely recommend to family and friends.
