This wonderful spacious detached property has an open plan feel and has been furnished to a high standard throughout, with attention to detail being key. Located in a small village, only a short drive away (5.5 miles) from the sandy beach of Nolton Haven. Many of Pembrokeshire’s other beaches are also close by including Newgale, Broad Haven, Whitesands, and Little Haven. This is an ideal base for a Pembrokeshire coastal holiday combined with a quiet countryside location, with numerous country and coastal pubs and restaurants nearby. Everything both North and South Pembrokeshire has to offer is within easy reach. The market town of Haverfordwest is just 3 miles. Local attractions include Folly Farm (18.1 miles), Oakwood (13.5 miles), and Heatherton (22.4 miles) perfect for families and couples. Other local attractions include a trampoline park, soft play and go-carting.

Walk up the driveway to the front door into the hallway and kick off your walking boots or flip flops after a busy day exploring. To the right of the entrance hallway, you will find a cloakroom with WC. Carry on to the end of the hallway and enter the open-plan kitchen/diner area which is a culinary dream, with a kitchen island where you can share a pre-dinner drink with your designated chef. Lots of workspace and kitchen equipment will provide for your catering needs. A large granite lazy-susan centre is included which supports a truly sociable setting for general dining, and the dining area features a large round oak dining table seating up to 10 for that special occasion dinner party. A drinks servery next to the dining table includes a wine fridge and two further beer/soft drinks fridges sufficient to keep the whole party happy. There are three separate and distinctly different lounge areas. The downstairs lounge (to the left of the entrance hall with separate double doors into the formal dining area is a beautiful space perfect for those winter nights alongside the fire. There is comfortable seating for all guests with a large settee and chairs to relax with a good book. To the other side of the dining room is a conservatory that shares the open countryside views to the rear, this is a perfect space for two of the party to share a quiet moment with a coffee, a cream tea, or a gin and tonic. Upstairs, you will find a second large lounge, again with comfortable seating and a large Smart TV where you can view a film or sporting event with Sky TV, Netflix and prime all available. Doors open onto the balcony where you can relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the views including Roch Castle. There are four bedrooms; a super-king-size with a built-in TV and an en-suite shower room, two king-size, and 1 twin with 2"6 zip-and-link beds that can be made up as a king-size (on request). There is an extra full-size folding single bed available suitable for a child. Completing this floor is the family bathroom.

Open the bi-fold doors from the kitchen to the rear patio to create that perfect outdoor living space with superb uninterrupted views over extensive parts of Pembrokeshire’s renowned countryside. Here you will find a comfortable patio table and chairs for outdoor dining using the gas BBQ, as well as reeling armchairs and sun loungers to sit back and enjoy some of the best sunsets this spectacular part of Pembrokeshire’s countryside offers.

The downstairs lounge is so wonderful to relax with a glass of wine whilst reading or watching television and is beautifully presented. Upstairs there is a second family room, which our kids loved and great for the whole family to cosy up in the big sofas and watch a film. We loved the bedroom space - all are a great size with plenty of cupboard space and comfortable beds. The outstanding part of this holiday home is the outside, we loved being outdoors, the garden is beautifully kept and there is loads of space to relax and socialise on the patio with the sun all day. It really is so peaceful with just the birds for company. We loved the location for its peace and tranquility, but also being so close to the beach and so many of the attractions in Pembrokeshire. Wed highly recommend a stay to anyone looking for a quality holiday home come rain or shine! Hide
