This charming, detached holiday home is set within a beautiful mature garden, that backs onto the marshes and the river Alde estuary. Wonderful walks await and are directly from your doorstep, with Aldeburgh beach just 1 mile away. Take a walk along the river, where you can see plenty of seabirds wading along the water’s edge and little fishing boats floating by. Dogs are very welcome to this coastal abode, so be sure to bring them along for the holiday too! To the north of Aldeburgh is the gorgeous holiday village of Thorpeness (2.5 miles) where you can hire a rowboat on the Meare or do a circular 6.5-mile walk, with a stop at the excellent pub for a local tipple and spot of lunch.
As you step inside this glorious home, you are welcomed into a central reception hall that flows through to the lounge/kitchen/diner. The generous kitchen is fully fitted and equipped for your stay and is the perfect setting to create some culinary delights to enjoy together in the separate dining room. The cosy lounge with its squishy sofas and Smart TV is the ideal place to come and relax following a day chasing the waves on the beach, or perhaps you fancy continuing the holiday fun with a spot of pool or football in your very own games room! Upstairs plays host to all four bedrooms, an en-suite bath and shower room and a further family bathroom. There are three sumptuous king-size bedrooms available and a twin bedroom accessed via the main bedroom), ideal for children. Each lovely room offers a private oasis to escape to during your holiday and all have Smart TVs to enjoy a morning movie with a cup of tea in bed.
During the summer months, throw open the French doors and let the warm and gentle sea breeze glide through the house as you enjoy some alfresco dining on the patio or down by the firepit in the magnificent garden. There is even a table tennis table to use and plenty of space for garden games on the lawn.
