Criss-crossed with pathways and trails, it is perfect for meandering along on foot, by bike or even on four paws as the beach welcomes dogs all year round. You’ll even have a thoughtful welcome pack to kick start your stay, plus a discount for a hand-picked selection of the on-site attractions and experiences. Wells-next-the-Sea is 2.5 miles away for a traditional take on a trip to the seaside, featuring a cheerful promenade lined with beach huts, a quay that’s an iconic crabbing spot, and the glimmering sandy beach.

Stylish and spacious with elegant decor throughout, the accommodation is nothing short of a masterpiece thanks to the sleek socialising areas and excellently equipped kitchen. Whip up hearty meals using the double ovens and induction hob alongside all the other useful appliances, plus you’ll have a handy Quettle tap for dispensing boiling or chilled water. For coffee lovers, the coffee machine guarantees a delightful treat in the morning. There is a dining room with a large table fit for a feast, which also doubles as a cosy place to play board games with all the family. Weary from your day, slip through to the lounge to watch films on the TV, warmed to the toes by the crackling wood burner. A very comfortable and well equipped property in an excellent location. Close enough to Wells to walk to restaurants and pubs and a short drive from Holkham Beach.

The View is even better than it looks in the photos. Having 4 large double bedrooms all with en-suites makes it perfect for multi generational get togethers. Kitchen well equipped for large group cooking and very dog friendly with the large enclosed garden. Perfect setting just a few minutes walk and youre in the grounds of the beautiful HolkhamRead more Estate . Holkham Hall Park run a short walk from the door. Would love to return one day as definitely one of the best holiday homes we have ever stayed in. Hide

Fantastic house and great location felt away from it all, yet only a short distance from the town. Great for celebrating as we were, with a wonderful open plan living space. Fabulous to sit and watch the wildlife.

We loved The View with its peaceful setting and spacious living area. The outdoor area with the fountain and views of hares and geese was also much enjoyed.

We enjoyed the fabulous views, our terrier enjoyed the hares at dusk, we enjoyed the garden, the sunsets and the ease of access. Facilities were great.

Had some issues at the property, none resolved whilst there, lied to or not given correct information when Norfolk cottages fully aware before we arrived and poor communication back to me , well non existent apart from texts i could not reply to. 4 phone calls made and told me to complain after my 2500.00 holiday. Not good enough.

Have scored lower, for value for money as we Found it very strange - for the money paid that we had to strip our own beds in the morning! I have rented a lot of holiday homes & never had to do this! Also thought check out could be an hour later especially on weekend breaks! Other than those two small things it was an amazing place!

It was exactly as described and almost faultless. The only reason for a slight downgrade was that we were expected to do quite a lot on departure which as it wasn't a cheap rental we felt was asking a bit much. Also the recycling bin was full on arrival which meant we couldn't add any of ours to it. But on the whole it was lovely and we would book Read moreagain Hide

We loved the accommodation but dont think we should have to strip the beds the morning we are leaving . We paid a lot of money and expect not to have to do that at the end . Otherwise perfect.
