Located in the popular village of Mumbles, there’s lots to do, including walking along the Victorian pier (1 mile) to see the 1794-built lighthouse, visiting the hilltop Oystermouth Castle (less than half a mile), browsing the boutique shops and stopping for family or group lunches in the quality restaurants and cafes. More cosmopolitan amenities can be found in the coastal city Swansea (5 miles), including cultural venues like Swansea Museum. Fancy some outdoor adventures? Bring along your bike to enjoy the surrounding cycle routes or ramble the scenic coastal paths. Enjoy beach days on the nearby Gower Peninsula, with destinations like Blue Flag-awarded surfing paradise Caswell Bay (2 miles) or picturesque Three Cliffs Bay (7 miles) where the sand is backed by limestone cliffs.

Yet more relaxation space can be found in the snug, chic family room that’s perfect for film or game nights with its two-seater sofas, Smart TV and PlayStation 4 with games. Lots of windows plus double doors to the outdoor space keep this room bright and delightful. There's also a handy ground-floor WC. When it’s time for bed, head upstairs to the first floor’s stylish bedrooms, offering a diverse choice of sleeping arrangements. These include two king-size rooms and a room with bunk beds that are European-sized, slightly longer than a standard single, therefore suitable for children or adults. This floor also has a shower room and a cupboard in the hallway, offering extra hanging space and additional pillows for an even comfier night’s sleep. The second floor is home to the master suite with a super-king-size bed. It’s an atmospheric place to stay, thanks to the vaulted ceiling, skylight windows and views across the bay. The en-suite bathroom offers a little luxury too. 

Outside there's a secure seating area as well as secure outdoor storage area for bikes which will come in handy for those countryside adventures.

Very comfortable and well equipped. A big advantage to have a private garage/parking space.

Beautiful house. Fantastic level of furnishings etc. Ample appliances. Only thing missing was a "Welcome Pack" or even a simple set of instructions. If we hadn't met the fantastic cleaners as we arrived we would have had no instructions for which keys did what or how to operate the roller doors on the garage. Or even where to find the primary keys!Read more 2 keys are in the lock box. For only 2 of the 5 doors. The second set is hidden from view in the kitchen storage cupboard! Hide

Everything was just perfect, my only reason for a reduced mark was due to the heating. It would not stay at the required temperature and it was cold at times this making it uncomfortable.
