Property code: OC-PW9262

A remarkable three-storey property in the heart of Saundersfoot that was once part of a former church but now offers plenty of space and amenities to a large family or group of friends marking a special occasion. It’s just 100 metres to the centre of the village, with an abundance of shops, shops, cafes and restaurants dotted around, along with a picturesque harbour that separates the village's two stunning beaches. A walk along the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path will be time well spent, with the colourful seaside town of Tenby 4 miles away and the equally resplendent shores of Amroth the same distance in the opposite direction.

The upside-down design approach is evident immediately upon entering the property, with two bedrooms (stepped access to both ground floor bedrooms), both king-size, both with shower rooms and WCs, found on the ground floor. On the first floor, the property’s spacious living areas have a fresh and modern look, complemented by the attention to detail that gives it that extra wow factor. The sitting room features ample seating and bifold doors leading to the terrace. There are two further bedrooms on this floor, a king-size room and a twin room, both with en-suite shower rooms and WCs. On the second floor, guests can spread themselves thinly across an open-plan, split-level living area enjoying sea views over Saundersfoot towards Monkstone Point. The island in the large kitchen is sure to be a popular gathering point for informal dining.

A large decked area sits off the first floor sitting room and features garden furniture, hot tub, a BBQ and ice bucket, everything enclosed by walls and timber fencing. The balcony that sits outside the second floor living area offers spectacular views out over the village and Saundersfoot Bay, both offering perfect places to eat, unwind and let time pass by.

Neptune is situated across three-floors, with sets of stairs between each. Please take this into consideration when booking this beautiful house

What a wonderful stay we have had at Neptune! The property was spotless, very spacious and very well equipped. The location was just amazing. Everything you need within walking distance but very peaceful at the same time. The view from the balcony overlooking the sea, saw us spending our mornings drinking our coffee watching the world go by. The shRead moreort distance to the sea, allowed us to watch the sunrise whilst enjoying a cold water swim. Just heaven. We walked the coast line and found some beautiful coves and rock pools. We ate in some fab restaurants. Our favourite was The Harbwr where we visited on multiple occasions. Tenby is just a short drive away. The atmosphere of Saundersfoot was just what we were looking for and we have all come back well rested having made some real core memories. Thank you so much to Julie, Keri and Heidi for creating such a wonderful space for us to holiday. We will absolutely be back! Hide

Excellent location for a family holiday. The property is spacious and well presented -- just be aware there are a lot of stairs.

Stayed here for a weekend away with my girlfriends, loads of space and the house had all the necessities we needed. Perfect location, within walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Only thing we didnt realise was the amount of stairs in the property! Wouldnt recommend for a wheelchair user or perhaps someone with a pram. Fantastic accommodation - very well equipped, super spacious and really comfortable. Secure on-site parking for x2 cars, with provision for off site parking for another 2 (although we struggled to find where!) Location was amazing - (out of the door and straight into the heart of Saundersfoot. We spent a week in the beautiful Neptune which is perfectly located for exploring Saundersfoot and the local area. We had so many lovely meals out, The Mulberry was great and dog friendly, our best meal was at Harbwr and the Royal Oak were so accommodating and again the homemade food was incredible and we really enjoyed our walk along the beach andRead more through the tunnels to Wisemans Bridge to the lovely little pub there. We visited Tenby which was also very lovely. The accommodation is set over multiple levels offering lots of space for our multi-generational family to spread out and have our own space but then the two large lounges with large TVS and Games offered so much fun. We loved spending our evenings under the pergola around the table playing and reading. We would highly recommend to anyone wanting somewhere to stay for a special occasion or Holiday! Hide

This is a stunning property, very well located and lived up to our expectations.... almost. The property has several small omissions, like side tables next to sofas, hooks in bathrooms, BBQ igniter not working (and no matches provided), black mould in one of the showers which seem small but, when you pay 6,000 for two weeks, are noticeable and makRead moree this a 4 star property not 5. Despite Neptune being so handy to make the best of everything Saundersfoot has to offer it was surprisingly quiet. A great property offering plenty of room for folks to spread out. The unusual layout with so many stairs should be given consideration before booking.

Wonderful house to stay in. Had everything we needed. Great views and lovely to have the hot tub and bbq. There are a number of stairs within the property over the 4 levels so perhaps not suitable to those less mobile.

This is an absolutely fantastic property. We had a brilliant week. 3 generations 30 to 92 years. There are 4 levels with lots of steps. Very comfortable property, stunning views, well equipped kitchen and easy to use appliances. Great location, lovely vibe in the town , fabulous beaches and coastal walks. A great place to relax.

Neptune is an amazing house and we loved it. When you come up the last few stairs and emerge into the lounge and kitchen area it is so lovely.
