Tucked away in the heart of the charming coastal village of Walberswick is this stunning modern holiday home - the perfect social haven for large groups of friends and family. Walberswick’s family-friendly beach, ideal for a spot of sandcastle building, a paddle in the sea, or even a bit of crabbing, is less than a mile away. After a day at the beach, guests can take a stroll around the gift shops and the gallery and enjoy a traditional cream tea or a cosy pub lunch. Take a walk through the dunes and across the river via a bridge or hop on a rowing boat during the summer months and find yourself in lovely Southwold. Here, guests will find further interesting places to dine and drink including the famous Adnams Brewery. Take a stroll along the promenade to the pier with its fun arcade and working lighthouse or visit the independent shops and boutiques in the marketplace. The property is also perfectly placed to access several walks along the cliff tops and through the stunning Suffolk coastline taking in historic villages, stunning scenery, and an array of wildlife.

This is a truly stunning property with luxurious interiors where every room is impeccably furnished and decorated to the highest of standards. Guests are spoilt for choice when it comes to large spaces to dine and entertain together, starting with the huge open-plan kitchen/diner which forms the hub of the home. The bespoke, handcrafted kitchen is fully fitted with high quality appliances, a large oak dining table and two sets of bi-fold doors leading out to the garden and terrace. The lounge area offers comfortable sofas where guests can gather in front of the wood burner, and there is a separate space for relaxing across the hallway in the form of the snug with a Smart TV and further wood burner. The ground floor is also home to a useful utility room, a cloakroom with a WC and a modern shower room. Upstairs on the first floor, you’ll find four of the property’s bedrooms; two king-size both with stylish en-suite bathrooms, a further king-size with an additional trundle bed and twin room with zip-and-link beds which can be arranged as a super king-size on request. There is also a family bathroom. The fifth bedroom is accessed via the garage. This is an en-suite twin room again with zip-and-link beds. There is also a further fully fitted kitchen here.

Outside, you’ll find a large, landscaped garden with a patio area equipped with garden furniture and a BBQ. A private hot tub is also available during your stay.

An absolutely beautiful house with every home comfort, including sky TV in three rooms, a spacious family kitchen/dining room, enclosed garden which was great for the dogs and in a great location for visiting local areas. We also used the adjacent cabin. We loved it there and didn't want to leave.

A lovely house - should be given the cost though! A couple of very minor issues (kitchen door blinds were both broken / had missing parts; I suspect not robust enough for a rental property and bizarrely no sieve or microwave). We loved having a hot tub and the provision of hotel style bathrobes and slippers was a lovely touch as was the provision oRead moref bowls, poo bags etc for dogs. Much appreciated. We would certainly consider coming back to the same house at some point in the future. Hide
