Spacious and comfortable, this fantastic five-bedroom property is a family-friendly home set within Croyde, along the beautiful North Devon coastline. In less than a mile you can reach Croyde Beach with its golden sands, sand dunes and rock pools. You also have Croyde’s attractions including multiple cosy pubs, surf shops and an ice cream parlour just 300 metres away. For the keen golfer, Saunton Sands Golf Club is just under 3 miles away and offers 36 holes of championship links with breathtaking sea views. You can also pick up the South West Coast Path and enjoy miles of flat walking or cycling trails where you will be treated to some incredible views.

Designed for leisurely living, this lovely holiday home offers a large living room that flows into the light-filled conservatory. Cosy up on one of the three leather sofas or kick back on one of the two leather armchairs. There’s a wooden coffee table in the middle of the lounge and a wall-mounted TV. The conservatory offers dining space with a wooden table and chairs that seat 10, plus two extra chairs with views of the garden. The kitchen is a sleek design in black and white with all you need to cook and clean, plus luxurious add-ons such as a coffee machine and wine cooler. The separate utility room allows you to do some laundry during your stay and not have to worry about it once you return home. On the ground floor, you also have two bedrooms and a shower room with a WC. Bedroom one has a wooden double bed with matching bedside tables, a chest of drawers and wardrobe. It also has Velux windows allowing plenty of natural light to flood in. Bedroom two has twin beds, a chest of drawers, wardrobe and a TV with a Firestick. Upstairs, there are three more lovely bedrooms – all with bedside tables and wardrobes – and a main bathroom. Bedroom three has a luxurious king-size sleigh bed and a chest of drawers. Bedroom four has a double bed and freestanding mirror. Bedroom five has twin single beds and a TV with a Firestick. The family bathroom is fully tiled with a shower over the bath and WC.

The outdoor living space is what truly makes this property a wonderful holiday home. The fully enclosed garden offers amazing country views and a picturesque brook running the length of it that’s protected by fencing. There’s a slightly raised decking area with rattan seating and a patio area with a BBQ. There’s also a luxurious hot tub to relax in. To the front of the house, you have a socket for electric car charging and space to park up to three cars.

It was very clean with beautiful garden. The location was also very good close to the beach. We had a great time.

Nice spacious property with plenty of good comfortable seating. Beds were comfortable too. Lovely garden. However downstairs bathroom is narrower than hallway and not really suitable if you have mobility impaired people in the downstairs bedrooms.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Brambles, the property is spacious with a lovely garden, and the location is great for strolling into croyde or exploring the area. The property is generally well maintained with comfortable furniture.
