Located in the charming seaside village of Croyde, guests at this property benefit from the convenience of a village location, proximity to one of North Devon’s most beautiful beaches and the unspoilt landscape found in this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. If you can tear yourself away from Croyde’s cafes and restaurants, head to surf school at Croyde Bay or follow the National Trust trail out to Baggy Point for glorious sea views from the rugged headland. For a change of pace and perspective, nearby Ilfracombe, just under 9 miles, has Sealife Safari boat trips that even welcome seafaring pets.

Relaxation and fun are the order of the day in this thoughtfully equipped two-storey, four-bedroom holiday home. On the ground floor, guests will find a bright and comfortable lounge with sofas, a Smart TV, a DVD player and a selection of DVDs perfect for cosy nights in. French doors lead from the lounge straight out to the garden. The extremely spacious kitchen/diner is ideal for an extended group of guests with multiple or shared mealtimes; the dining area is positioned in a bright conservatory to the rear of the property, overlooking the garden, and offers an attractive dining table and chairs seating eight. The garage has been converted into a games room with a pool table for further indoor entertainment and the owners have provided bodyboards and a windbreak which guests are welcome to take to the beach. After sandy or muddy adventures, there’s a handy washing machine and tumble dryer in the internal garage, and there’s a useful ground-floor WC too. First-floor accommodation comprises four bedrooms: a king-sized bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a double, and two twin rooms, one with single beds and one with bunk beds. There’s also a contemporary family bathroom with a shower.

The lawn garden is enclosed with a fence and mature planting. There’s also an excellent heated outdoor pool – enclosed for safety – and a picnic table and loungers for easy, lazy afternoons in the sun.

We were really looking forward to our stay and it delivered, perfect location, great house with plenty of space for the family supplying everything you need and more. The pool was checked and cleaned during our stay. We will definitely return for another holiday staying here :)

The house is situated in a very quiet road in beautiful Croyde. Comfortable and spacious property with a great outdoor swimming pool which we used even in the rain ! The location is excellent and a great base from which to explore Devon
