A large four-bedroom holiday cottage, less than 2 miles from the charming seaside village of Saundersfoot. Whatever the weather, there’s no shortage of local attractions and activities to keep the whole family busy, including Bluestone Resort (9 miles), Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo (4.6 miles) and the Dinosaur Park (3.6 miles). Take a stroll into Saundersfoot village and spend the morning building sandcastles on the sandy beach or splashing around in the sea. Enjoy lunch and an ice cream before checking out the amusement arcades or browsing the local shops. Join the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path via the old coal mining railway and try out paddle boarding at Coppet Hall Beach (1.4 miles) or venture a little further to the popular seafront at Wisemans Bridge. The colourful harbour town of Tenby is just 3 miles away and offers an array of shops, cafes, pubs, and beaches. If you’re looking for an active holiday, you can enjoy water sports, climbing, cycling and golf in the local area.

This upside-down house offers a great space for a family holiday. On the first floor accommodation comprises a light and airy living/dining area with ample soft seating for all the family. This is a welcoming space to relax and enjoy a family movie, or simply enjoy the sea view from the seating area beside the large picture windows. When it’s time to eat, you can gather the family around the contemporary dining table, which seats up to eight people. This room has been thoughtfully decorated with neutral tones and rustic-style herringbone flooring. The kitchen is fitted with everything you need to prepare family meals, and the breakfast bar with four stools is perfect for informal dining. The property benefits from an additional sitting room, which features a comfortable sofa, TV, Nintendo Wii with games, and family board games. If you’re staying with children or teenagers, this is the ideal spot for them to relax. There is also a cloakroom, which is accessed via the main hallway. Downstairs, you’ll find two king-size bedrooms. Both of these rooms have a TV and patio doors leading out to the garden. One of the king-size bedrooms also benefits from a contemporary en-suite shower room. There are two further bedrooms, both of which are inviting twin rooms. One of the twin bedrooms has patio doors leading out to the garden and a contemporary en-suite shower room. The main bathroom offers a shower over the bath and is decorated with a combination of blue subway tiles and blue and white patterned tiles.

The outside space is set out over two levels. The higher decked level is equipped with sun loungers and outdoor dining furniture. Accessible from three of the bedrooms, this area offers wonderful far-reaching sea views, so it’s the perfect spot for al fresco dining and sunset drinks. The lower level of the garden is paved. There is a small seating area with far-reaching sea views from the higher decked level and a paved area on the lower level. The decked level features sun loungers and outdoor dining furniture, so this is the perfect spot for al fresco dining or sunset drinks. Due to the layout of the garden, children must be supervised in the outdoor areas at all times.
