Lovely house, the extra space is great with the downstairs bedrooms as well. All the beds are great linens and comfy, the kitchen equipment is plenty to use. It was a great location for the towns and beaches of North Norfolk. The games in the snug were great for a family on wet weather days. We would recommend for a family holiday.

Lovely property for families. We spent Christmas there, Grandma and two families with four children from 4 to 6 years. Warm and cosy. Near the seaside and country parks, or shops in Holt, something for everyone. Games room for when it rains. Excellent location, even in winter.

We absolutely loved the house and it was perfect for us. We appreciated the quality and thoughtful touches the owners had included. We appreciated the quality of the linen and towels. Because of inadequate information prior to our visit we bought all our own cooking equipment. We did not need to worry about baking trays but I was glad I bought saucRead moreepans. We were angry that only 3 incomplete loo rolls were supplied for a Christmas stay - arrival Christmas Eve- for 10 people. Some of the bedrooms were not made up and we had to make three beds - not ideal after a five hour journey from Bath! I thought the en-suite shower room was grubby. These things were made up for by the brilliant property which we could not have been happier with. Hide

Enjoyed a wonderful weeks holiday in Norfolk with all the family - our 3 kids + 2 spouses and 3 granddaughters aged 6, 4 and 2 - based at Denbury House. Having the snug for the kids to play in was a godsend. The property was very comfortable and well fitted out for cooking with a large fridge and freezer. Beds were comfortable and the place was Read morespotlessly clean. Some lovely touches too, like folding chairs, fishing nets and buckets & spades in the garage plus USB charging points everywhere and an Alexa in every room. We loved coming back here after a day on the beach or exploring the Norfolk countryside. Wed love to come back sometime. Hide

Plenty of room for everyone, although the seating area was rather limited and the bench seats not really good for young children. Well equipped and of good quality. Everything clean except the barbecue.
