Its a lovely house thats well maintained and equipped. As it was winter we didnt walk to the village, summertime we wouldnt have hesitated to walk and have a slow stroll up hill back.

This property is fantastic! The views are stunning! The quality of everything internally is top notch, well kitted out and very stylish. Previous niggles about the cleaning have definitely been addressed. The village isn't far away, a short drive or 20 mins walk, and it's about 25 mins to Abersoch. Lovely house with many interesting features. Clean, warm and comfortable. A 'Welcome Pack' would have been appreciated. After a long journey we needed to go shopping at the local Spar! Fantastic location with outstanding views.

Let's start with the positives, the house is in an idyllic location, beautiful scenery all around, about a mile from the small village of Aberdaron which has a couple of pubs, cafes, shops and a beautiful beach. The house has been renovated to a high standard and provided a lovely stay. However, there really is a need for better cleaning throughoRead moreut the property between stays, and reading previous reviews this seems to be a recurring theme. There also needs to be more attention to details for those little 'luxury' extras that we expect when booking a property that is advertised as luxury.. hand wash dispensers where all empty, half a toilet roll left in each bathroom, lack of storage facilities in the main and upstairs bathroom, missing essential kitchen items, all of which has been brought to the owners attention, so hopefully will be rectified for future stays. One thing to note, this is the first luxury property we have ever stayed in that did not have a 'Welcome' package. Also, take some garden chairs for the patio area as there is only 2 hard wooden chairs outside and uncomfortable wooden benches. Saying all that, the location was perfect with spectacular views. Great location albeit you would need a car to go exploring further than the village of Aberdaron and further afield than nearby walks and available eateries. Cottage well equipped but would benefit from a cleaning review and a little bit more tlc. Overall we loved the place and would return.

We had a wonderful holiday here, walking the coastal path in glorious sunshine. This is a lovely very well laid out house. The views are fabulous and the communal living space wonderful.
