Surrounding the property is an abundance of locations worth visiting. It’s located in the wonderful Georgian market town of Holt which has numerous art galleries, antique shops, cafes and restaurants amongst the picturesque alleyways dotted around the place. If you head a mile out of the town towards the coast you’ll enter the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Here you can find discover thriving with wildlife, it's most well-known for its birds and rare butterflies. It’s ideal for tranquil hikes or adventurous bike rides. The long stretches of golden sandy shores are just 4 miles from the accommodation and are perfect for coastal strolls or relaxing beach days.

The modern style of this brick and flint three-storey townhouse is clear from the moment you pull up on the sizable driveway. On the ground floor is everything you need to keep busy on a rainy day. The large, neutral-coloured sitting room has plenty of comfortable seating, a TV and a gas flame fire to cosy up in front of. Or if you’re feeling more lively, get competitive with a game on the Wii or turn the music up on the iPod dock. Another great sociable setting is the conservatory, where you can sit and enjoy a group meal together. Connected to the conservatory is the kitchen, which boasts a range cooker and plenty of surface space. The final rooms on this level are the utility room with a washing machine and a fridge/freezer as well as the cloakroom with a WC. Climbing up the stairs, as you step inside the master bedroom you’ll be delighted to see that it’s got a king-size bed and an en-suite with your own shower. The landing leads to two more bedrooms and a bathroom. The second bedroom is a neatly presented twin room and the third bedroom has a single bed with enough space for the optional truckle bed. Indulge in a bubble bath in the peaceful first-floor bathroom with a shower over the bath. Up on the top floor are two more bedrooms; both of which are spacious with king-size beds. Conveniently there is a bathroom for this level too — with a shower cubicle and WC.

The most unique part of this property is the garage which is also a games room. Polish up on your pool playing skills, get into teams and see who can hit the bullseye on the darts board, or play a game of table tennis. If the sun is shining, fire up the BBQ and sit out on the shingle terrace and patio on the tables and chairs provided. Up to five vehicles can be parked on the driveway. Our brief 3 day stay was perfect at this cottage. It was very well stocked for 6 adults and 3 children. Plenty of parking space for three cars and the beds were amazingly comfortable. It was just a short walk to the restaurants, bars and shops.

Good location to be able to access attractions . Games room is a welcome bonus especially in the event of bad weather. Kitchen is well stocked with cutlery plates etc. and very clean

The cottage was absolutely gorgeous. Large comfortable living room, well equipped kitchen and utility room. Large sunny conservatory with dining table and seating. Bedrooms all well decorated. with comfortable beds and plenty of room. Garden fairly small enough room to sit outside for everyone. Games room was excellent. North Norfolk coastal resortRead mores and other towns very close. Norwich and Great Yarmouth about an hours drive away. Very enjoyable holiday. Hide
