The house has been designed to make the most of the surrounding scenery. The bedrooms are on the ground floor and comprise of a super-king-size bedroom with a Smart TV, a sofa and an en-suite shower room; a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room; a double bedroom; and a children’s room with bunk beds (a single above a double). A spacious wet room has a rainfall shower and large free-standing bath, and the utility room features a sink, washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs, the kitchen has impressive vaulted ceilings and a Rangemaster cooker as well as a breakfast bar with seating for three people. The dining area can comfortably seat nine people and has views over Cefn Bryn from the large feature window that opens out onto a balcony, and the living area has ample comfortable seating, a Smart TV and views onto Cefn Bryn and the golf course. The bathroom on this level has a coastal feel and features a shower over the bath. An additional room can be used as an office or playroom and is furnished with a Smart TV, a desk area and L-shaped sofa.
